酒店地理位置優越，就在科隆大教堂邊上，很好找，酒店房間裏面也很乾凈寬敞，該有的各種設備設備都有，包括電水壺。而且酒店的服務非常好，非常細心，暖心，貼心，早餐花樣很多，吃得非常好，而且還有專門的荷包蛋，酒店的工作人員還專門給介紹各種早餐的花樣，真的不錯，強烈推薦。

它的早餐很驚艷，兩位老闆自己做的早餐，味道與擺盤水準竟然跟五星級媲美，圖六的煎餅很好吃。房間和樓道一塵不染，超級乾淨。地理位置非常方便，位於大教堂和巧克力博物館之間，附近有博物館、餐館和紀念品店。老闆經理善良熱情。但是沒電梯，適合輕行李的人士。晚上六點後入住得自助拿房鑰匙。

Perfect location for City Sights, restaurants and bars. Hotel delightful - lovely room with great bathroom. Andy, Kai and all the staff amazing- helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious with lots of choice including eggs & bacon freshly made. Highly recommend and good value for money.

I came only for 2 nights, Francisco and Emine were a gem. they really made my stay comfortable and were incredibly helpful. I loved the location, the room and the breakfast.

This was our favorite stay of our trip! The location is amazing but the staff here is what made this hotel over the top! So friendly and willing to help find places! And the breakfasts!! I thought continental was all cold food but this was a full breakfast and a great way to start the day! The cherry pancakes with vanilla sauce!! Mmmmm! Thank you so much for a great time!!

I visit the hotel with my mother and it was from our entrance till we left the hotel fantastic. Especially the breakfast of Kai was wonderfull with a lot of choice. And most was home made. The room was very clean and cosy. Our stay was perfect and we will recommand the hotel to others. Thanks a lot!

Stern am Rathaus is the perfect hotel for staying a few days in Köln. In the centre, not too big, superfriendly owners, beautiful clean room with Cathedral view and a splendid breakfast. Thanks and we hope to be back!

We had an amazing time at the stern, everything was perfect. Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. And the location and price is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
