Old hotel. Needs a deep cleaning everywhere or better a complete renovation. The room smelled bad. Stains and dirty edges and gaps both in room and bathroom. Old air conditioning. Not the comfort one would expect from a 4 stars.

Good hotels, view, aminities dll so far so good

first of all, the room is clean, and the amenities are so complete the soap and the shampoo also have much foam and good fragrance. Unfortunately, i dont know why the floor in the bathroom isn't easy to dry, so it makes the floor very wet. the rest of the room is very cozy and comfortable also the service and the stuffs are very friendly

Pleasant stay here, definitely will come and stay here again. Nice place to stay to avoid heavy traffic at Cihampelas but still located at strategic location

The cleanliness of the room is definitely not on par with other 3/4 stars hotel. The bathroom was rather old and filthy as well, it isn't well maintained at all.

Just about standard quality and services hotel. Not like what we expected. Quite good for kids. But the quality and room maintenance is not well maintained.

We often stay cation with grand tjokro, the hotel kids friendly than the food is very nice and taste.

the staff so very nice and kindly helpful, many choice for the breakfast menu's, and variative for children activities, the location strategist not far from Ciwalk and Braga, so recomended and really wanna back again!! 🫶🏻
