I arrived in Bunach at night and decided to sleep in this hotel but unfortunately was unexpected for a hotel with 5 stars. The furniture needed maintenance and the bathroom as well. The blanket and bed sheet need to be replaced dilapidated. The good thing is the view and the quick staff response.

We have had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel provides everything that you need. The view, the service and the cafe are just outstanding.

I’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future Overall, I love it! Thanks

A *** ***** ***** HOTEL, DO NOT VISIT WITH FAMILIES!!!! WARNING The worst family staycation ever. Feels like a nightmare. The bed was super dirty and all they can do is to change it to a less dirty bed. They finished the change of bed that they called it a proper bed, at almost twelve midnight. And my kids slept at almost midnight and had to skip breakfast. To the FO assistant manager, it was proper and that was the best she can do. And that she allowed me to put this review and comment on social media, They need someone with title and power to be able to give a human response. This made me think that this has been their standard. Unfortunately, I just found out😭 This 5 star hotel should change their title to a *** ***** ***** Hotel Room as you can see the pictures and video below. Or probably they have to experience no customer then they will think about treating their customer properly. There are the videos, too!!!

As five star hotel has very good location. High scurty There is a river beside the hotel and can enjoy hearing sound of the water while watching the green land mountains around. clean room,wide tidy and comfortable bed .The staff friendly. Especially NABILA a receptionist , she is cooperative and helpful.

Nice hotel with mountain view, full facilities for kids and family.

Good as usual.. They haven't reduce the kids activity price for go kart..

Good point: 1. Location and vie 2. Breakfast Menu 3. Room design and clean Improvement point: 1. Readiness of room took so long time. 2. Towel was not ready yet 3. Room service took so long time 4. Lift made upset because waiting too long time 5. Entertainment not so vary, VR must pay meanwhile other 4 star hotel has free VR. 6. Facility for Kids is not really interesting 7. Parking area soooo bad, we didnt get proper parking area :( Overall: 3/5 for me 5 star hotel feel 4 star hotel. Hopefully management cant improve my concern. Thank you
