Beautiful big room with two queen size bed. Love the space, the bathroom where the tap is designed in a good position where you don't get wet when turning on the tap. Location not near centre but walkable. Room new and comfortable.

Room is super clean tidy. Convenient location and easy to transfer to everywhere

We really like the breakfast, and we had a great night at Mayfair.

The hotel is quite new, room is very spacious and bed and pillows are super soft and comfortable. We spent 2 nights in Christchurch and it is about 15 mins walk to Bontanic garden and 20 mins walk to city area where many eateries and shopping are . The front desk staff and manager are very friendly and helpful and when we came in on early morning on Friday , they allowed us early check in and this really helped us as we were so exhausted after a red eye flight. The cafe at the hotel served great food and drinks as well and usually they are very crowded but we managed to have our breakfast there on the day we check out , yummy breakfast indeed!

Perfect stay after days of staying in a camper van on the South Island. Room was big and modern - incredibly comfy. We wished we extended our stay!

Facility and restaurant are good, room size is fine but location is a bit far away from everything

Very nice 5 star hotel, but with no swimming pool, staff is nice, room is big, nearby has many restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful, got a free drink from the cafe with the booking, only downside is no free parking, but we just stayed one night so just paid on the street and left before getting a ticket.

Everything about this hotel is great. Very supportive staff, spacious rooms and cleanliness is top notch

服務：非常差。廁所洗手盆不知為何堵塞了，但酒店人員半小時才上來，但隨即又説要取維修工具之後離去；又過了半小時才上來，最後還是處理不了。她説大堂當時很忙所以才耽誤了。我想問：整間酒店難道只有你一人嗎？一間五星級酒店哦？！
