Honestly one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. Had a 3 night booking but left after the first one. Arrived late so I didn’t want to start looking for a new hotel in the middle of the night…I should have.
1, Hotel advertises itself as non-smoking yet the whole hotel (common areas and room) was stinking. There are ashtrays everywhere so they don’t mind people smoking.
2, We had to change room as the first one was really dirty and again, stinking of cigarette smell. Second one wasn’t better either. Had food crumble all over the coffee table and hair stocked to the tiles of the bathroom. It was pretty gross.
3, Both room had sex toys in a vending machine, guess they know the clientele… next door neighbors were going hard until 3am. After that they decided to put on a manga until 6am. I didn’t sleep a minute that night.

The fresh air system automatically changes air every hour according to international healthy building standards. The guest rooms are equipped with professional disinfection and sterilization equipment and sealed packaging of guest supplies. The vending machine products have passed the national quality inspection certification, and the front desk staff are ready to respond to guest needs. In response to the noise issue you mentioned, the hotel has implemented a layered dynamic security inspection mechanism. The front desk can flexibly adjust room arrangements based on guest needs and provide multiple specifications of sound insulation solutions for selection.
It’s a great place for budget traveller but wouldn’t recommend this for business and family. There are no lifts so avoid this especially if you have heavy luggages. Location is at the quiet end of Guanyin bridge, not too far (~1.2km) but not like in the middle of the action.
The customer service can be friendlier and more service-oriented. Maybe I caught her on a bad day.
