The best hotel we’ve experienced in China. We are budget travelers by all means but this was just insane for the price. Maybe because we visited in early December, but we were immediately upgraded from a single queen bed room to a double queen bed with river view room. The cleanliness was top notch and the amenities were nice too. Thank you very much

The apartment is really old and it doesn’t look like in pictures. It’s dirty and not suitable for families with the baby.

It was a good location, and a good price, I would definitely recommend!

I rented an apartment in Fenqian Hotel. The hotel is really nice, but the service was terrible. In the morning, I woke up to some strangers talking loudly on the first floor of my apartment. This fact itself is unpleasant. No one called or wrote. The strangers had just broken into my room. I went down at least to see what was going on, and that's when I found the following — there were 5 people on the first floor, and several centimeters of water, flooding things, including electrical appliances. It turned out that a water pipe burst inside the hotel. I was ready to treat this situation with an understanding attitude, but I was disappointed by the reaction of the staff. After breaking into my room at 8 am, they just told me to leave the room and go to another one, which turned out to be worse than the previous one. The first room had a kitchen, two bathrooms and amazing views, but this room did not have this. As an argument why this room was better, I was told that it had just been renovated, but it was a lie. Some elements of the room were quite shabby. After sending me to another room, the hotel staff did not do anything to help me. They kicked me out at 8 am to go to another game, ruining all my plans and wasting 3 hours of my time. When asked what to do with spoiled items, they suggested putting them in the sun, saying that would dry them out, but they gave me a room that didn't face the sun. That was funny. As a result, my computer mouse, watch, wet items didn't work, and some souvenirs were damaged. A one-day train to Chengdu also had to be cancelled. Never stay at this hotel.

The hotel overall is good, several minutes walking to Jiefangbei and metro station. The hotel staffs are friendly and give us some tips to explore Chongqing. I had a good time here.

Good room, good service,good location,a little bit of dust but overall good

The place is cool, near the metro station, there’s a lot of restaurants nearby and the staff are very friendly highly recommend for the travelers

Great location with a walkable distance to center and somewhat close to metro station. I had a great view from the room towards south (river) and the room was overall decent. I thought there would be washing machine but apparently some rooms have it and some don’t, though it wasn’t an issue for me. The room has a fridge too to keep your drinks cold. 😁 Front desk is located in the fifth floor, they were polite and helpful when I wanted to store my luggage after my stay.

The hotel is good value for money, not super expensive. Very central location, near Hongyandong and many other attractions. It would be great if there are basic cups and utensils which we were struggling to eat some street food we bought back. Thanks.

A stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. Front desk Xiao Wu attentive and thoughtful service, bright and spacious rooms, facilities, cost-effective. The view was amazing from the 41st floor also, I got a nice view of the Yangtze River ☺️

I got River view room on 41st floor which is extremely beautiful, the staff very helpful and help me wash clothes, let me borrow hanger to dry my clothes. The location is convenient and multiple restaurant and convenient in the ground floor.

We traveled around China for the past 1 month and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed. For this price they provide excellent service. The quality of the room was great, it had laundry machine inside so you can use it. Of course, detergent need to be purchased. Wifi was really fast, we are freelancers so internet speed was really important. Lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, she helped us by keeping our luggage before check in and after checking out. She also helped us with early check in. The room has a lot of space. Location was also very nice, close to the subway. Overall, one of the best stays in China. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Chongqing.

Room is clean and spacious , the only problem is the water heater , it’s hot at first and turn cold as you shower longer

The accommodation doesnt really impress me on anything special It is doing ok The washing machine is in room and it doesnt come with dryer
