JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing anmeldelser

Room was clean and spacious. Location was good and conveniently located.

Abit of delay during check in process at 1600 pm... room was still being cleaned.. but allowed us to wait at executive lounge while the process is done .. all good..

The hotel is in a great location, comfortable room with a very spacious bathroom and soft bed. However there were some things of the hotel that needs more attention to detail, like outdated hotel information in the rooms (although the staff were friendly and provided is with a free JW Marriott teddybear) and breakfast that is cold and not very fresh.

The services and facilities are extremely good. Got free refreshment in VIP guest lounge at level 28 from various time till 9.30pm. Even the mala steamboat buffet at level 1 offering very premium seafood selection. The location is very close to many major attractions. Is walking distance to Hongya Cave and Kuixing Building (22nd floor plaza).

Five star hotel

Nice hotel in great location with walking distance to Hongya Cave, Kuixing Tower and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Front desk and concierge staffs are friendly and helpful. Clean room and spacious. Thank you for the welcome gift. Only feedback is pillow too soft and flat. The chief at egg station was reluctant to make sunny side up when my husband requested on Day 1. We stayed 4 nights, the subsequent requests were served without any excuses.😄

The room and lobby were really nice, but I use the gym and saunas a lot at hotels and this one was atrocious. I just used it once and couldn’t see myself using again.

superrrr good place. staffs were all very kind and responsive. hotel is very very very clean and i think it really deserve the 5 🌟. location wise is on upslope. take didi from whereever u are haha. it was really tiring on the first day.

Love the hotel & Dim-sum it the best in Chongqing Recommend /we staying here 3days (good service specially thank to Cora she the one helping me get my stuff back from DIDI )ຈ

Although it wasn’t as luxurious as what we anticipated a ‘JW Marriott’ brand would be, the team was friendly and patient. Overall happy stay

Walkable to some major tourist attraction of Chongqing, this hotel is not your typical JW Marriott in terms of hardware. Our room was nice but lobby design evokes a 1980’s vibe, perhaps inherited from its former incarnation, Chongqing Hotel. Breakfast offers decent choices including a few local fares. Pool and gym area are also etiquette for our exercise routine. Sauna and steam room show signs of wear n tear. Again we expected more from a JW brand but this one barely lives up to the standard we are used to. 

Good location and everything was perfect

Highend hotel in ChongQing. We are a group of 6 in 3 rooms. We were upgraded to the Club level rooms which entitled us to inhouse food and drinks. High Tea was served at 2pm which is excellent. Other foods and alcoholic drinks were served throughout the day.
