The hotel is not located in the most central location. However, the hotel offered very good service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food but there is room for improvement with regards to the quality of the food. It was good, but I was hoping something better from a high end hotel like this one. The employees of the hotel were polite. A point to note is please do not have very high expectations for the club lounge, the choice of drinks and food was rather limited comparing with other top hotels. The pool was pretty nice, but the hotel could perhaps consider adding more facilities such as a cold plunge pool next to the sauna and bigger shower rooms.

It was a great experience staying at Conrad ChongQing. Very clean, beautiful and excellent customer service at the hotel. Just one thing, it would good to tell me that swimming hat is required for the pool

The hotel is amazing, extremely beautiful. Great location, tallest skyscraper in the area, worth the trip. Only shame is that the personnel at the reception couldn’t really speak English, which is expected from a luxury international hotel. Overall definitely suggested 100%!

I recently stayed at the Conrad Chongqing and had a mixed experience. The hotel is new, and the room was impressively spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities one could need. A delightful surprise was the free minibar on the first night, which added a nice touch to my stay. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The central window had a locking issue, leading to poor sound insulation. Even on the 47th floor, I could hear honking from the streets below, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance. The location is a bit farther from the city center, but it’s a short walk to the metro, making it convenient for exploring. Plus, the exclusive Conrad bear is a charming addition to the experience. Overall, while the hotel offers a luxurious stay, some improvements in sound insulation would greatly enhance the experience.

What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff: Cindy, Allie, Austra, and Sherry. Their attentiveness, cheerful demeanor, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be returning!

hotel was really good. the room i picked was actually bigger than what could be expected from the pictures. the staff was really really friendly and could speak good english, which was really helpful. also, for breakfast there were various options, both western and chinese. would definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay at conrad chongqing. The moment reaching the drop off can start to feel the 5 star services. As we travel together with infant of 2 yo, there are quite alot difficulties to enjoy various local food, very convenient for online food ordering as they provide door service, even online shopping they can sent the parcel over to room. Condition of the room is 100% satisfied, spacious, clean, everything in new condition, and the combination of material colour selection are very up to my taste. Highlight : the hair dryer definitely ill buy the same one, colour selection of coffee machine and accessories really 👍👍👍. Conrad never let me disappointed 👏. Next trip conrad still our 1st choice.
