It was an amazing stay with my boyfriend and we enjoyed the private open air onsen. The experience of having Japanese traditional Kaiseki dinner was wonderful and delicious. The journey to the place has winding roads, do be prepared for those who has motion sickness.

Our staying here was a pure pleasure! And I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is fantastic, sarrounded by montains and river. The free shuttle from Chino Station makes getting here quite easy. Enjoying the onsen was a delightful experience, offering pleasure for all your senses: the hot spring water, the sounds of nature, the beautiful scenery. The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city. I can't wait to return during other season! Thank you!

Невероятное обслуживание! Кайсеки, номер, окрестности, онсен — всё на высшем уровне! Прогуляйтесь вокруг и увидите дикий оленей, водопад и музей японского режиссера. Накупили подарков в сувенирном магазине, очень здорово провели время и отдохнули. Персонал очень крутой!

Я бронировала номер на двоих. Просторно, везде чисто, большой набор принадлежностей. Отличный завтрак и ужин. Трансфер от поезда и обратно четко по расписанию. Персонал русскоязычный, отзывчивый. Есть общие и персональные источники. Никаких ограничений по времени. Погружение в культуру рекана. Замечательно на один день

お部屋にも廊下にも至る所に本棚があり、あらゆるジャンルの蔵書が自由に読むことができ、温泉に入って読書して、ゆっくりと癒しの時間が堪能できました。もっと長く、何度でも滞在したい宿です。 お料理はどれも季節感が感じられる新鮮な食材を提供していただき、本当に満たされました。 お座敷大浴場も露天風呂も柔らかい温泉で何度でも入れます。岩盤浴の天井が星空なのがすごく癒される空間でした。

地點在蓼科平原上，與車站距離半小時車程，山上景色優美，酒店內外環境舒適，是一間有文化和歷史的溫泉酒店，服務員接待殷勤。

服務非常棒，大眾湯很讚，早餐與晚餐都很有特色

I honestly don&t know where to begin. A perfect two nights at this historic hotel in a sublime location. Trip from Tokyo is super convenient. Train from Shinjuku, shuttle bus and then a personalized check in. Arrival was wonderful. ags whisked to our room as we were offered a complimentary drink in the book-filled library with lovely fires burning. he staffmember who spoke excellent English explained the facilities and the meal options. The atomosphere was sublime, thousands of books to read, beautiful art, comfortable chairs to enjoy time with friends. The room was huge, kimona and lounge wear in appropriate sizes were waiting in our room. The view from the window of the river and hillswas so relaxing. The first night we were offered incredibly innovative appetizers using high quality local ingedients and included complimentary sake. The second night we enjoyed again a multi-couse menu with beef and pork shabu shabu. Breakfast was also different on both days and even included a mushroom risotto. But where this place shines is the staff. Every interaction was the epitome of true engagement, whether at the bar, the front desk or in the diningroom. And do try the local wine. I have lived in Tokyo for 35 years and usually avoid agano wine. But te sommelier has chosen well and on the second night we tried both red and white and were pleasantly surprised by the complex tastes. Excellent. I recommend staying 2 nights to fully enjoy this rare experience. Most of all the cost was so much less than other places that ckaim to be luxury but end up being banal cookie-cutter experiences. Do not hesitate to go out of your way to visit Shinyu, you will be rewarded with a stay that will be a highlight of your trip to Japan. The hotsprings are marvelous and you will go home feeling you have experienced something very special.

お部屋が素晴らしかった。本が好きなのでヴィンテージの椅子に座っての読書は楽しかった。部屋の蛇口から出る水道水が本当においしい。ルームサービスを頼みましたが焼き林檎はあまり火が通ってなく、味が独特でした。平らなお皿に汁だくだくのりんごがホイルに乗せられて、ナイフできるとお盆に汁がこぼれました。ちょっと困りましたね。すぐお皿を取りに来てもらえるよう電話しました。普通部屋に入って直接取りに来てくれるものと思いましたが、自分が部屋の入り口まで持っていかないといけないようでした。スイートルームなのに、、まあ帝国ホテルのようには行かないでしたね。その辺古い仲居のつもりなんでしょう。なめられたものです。昼食は頼めば2000円で付けてくれますが、あんまり美味しくないです。朝と夕食は地産地消で野菜バーが美味しいです。料理長の料理が一部不評みたいですが私の時は美味しかったです。風呂は最高でしたよ。清潔感は合格です。外国のお客様も多かったですが、落ち着いて過ごせました。桜を見に送迎を お願いしたら快くお受けくださりタクシーがこないところなので助かりました。

小さいお子さんにも対応している温泉施設として紹介されていたので、子供が2歳のときからお世話になっております。リノベーションされた和風モダンのお部屋は、実家の改装のときも結構参考にさせてもらいました。前回は2020年3月の利用で久々の親湯さんです。 確か前回はアップグレードしてもらえたのですが今回は予約したお部屋のカテゴリでした。 大浴場や食事処のある建物からちょっと遠い山月亭の551号室は和室にベットが設置された部屋です。 この部屋の特徴はお風呂がないのと洗面台は出入口の真横にありますが玄関はちょっと暗め。トイレの扉の高さが結構低いのと和室の重厚な照明も低いので長身の私達は頭を何度かぶつけてしまいました。 それでも広い和室と窓際のソファーでくつろげます。TVのモニターが小さいのがちょっと難点かな。初日は夜遅くに到着したので、午後11時頃大浴場に行ってみると、内湯も露天風呂も珍しく ちょっとぬる目でした。でも朝は丁度よい湯加減。 川辺にある露天は以前から予約制でしたが、今回は1回は無料で利用できるとのこと。翌日、ラウンジにあるボードに早速部屋番号を記入しました。連泊するとラウンジでランチのサービスがあり、今回初めて利用しました。お蕎麦、パスタ、オムライス、ガレットの4種類から選べ、お蕎麦とパスタをオーダーしました。無料はいいですよね。もちろん美味しかったです。 こちらは子供は浴衣が提供されますが、大人は作務衣です。パジャマはモコモコした厚め生地なので好き嫌いがあるかもです。 食事は個室なので小さい子が騒いでも周囲の目を気にせず食事ができます。 ２日目の朝食は洋食で、湯豆腐でなく、キノコのリゾットでした。白ご飯好きの子供は苦手で別途ごはんをもらいました。私はチーズが苦手だったので、総合的には前日の和食のほうが良かったかな。 気になった点を列挙していますがまた利用したい温泉ホテルです。
