Not as good as expected. Didn’t seem the Front desk co-ordinate with guests rooms available to move in as promised, long hours delay in getting rooms ready for us.

Hillsides

Excellent room, housekeeping skipped our room though. We called and they came with fresh towels. It was only a 2 night stay. Great location, easy to get to everywhere. Chicago 360 was right next to it.

First time in Chicago so didn't know where to stay, luckily I found this hotel and it was very nice, hotel rooms are nicely decorated and clean, took a while to figure out where coffee machine was but found it in the end, only blemish was one set of elevator was not functional but there was no notice posted. It's not that difficult to post notice on the tenth floor was it? But all in all, a pleasant stay and a great location with nice restaurants around hotel, definitely will come again.

The hotel was a great location. However it was quite loud. We had loud party and shouting beside us one day and right above us another, which was unfortunate.
