There is a direct bus from the Narita Airport to the hotel lobby. Great hotel that is valued for money. Best thing is that the distance to the bus interchange and train station is less than 400m. There is paid shuttle bus to Aeon City. Foods around the area are great. Thank you

I wanted to spend a day checking out the outlet and nearby shopping in Makuhari. Do note this is the normal Hotel Springs and not the Premier which is next door. This is a great mid range hotel with just about everything you need. I did not use it and can’t speak for availability but I was impressed that on some floors there were washing machines. The room was a normal Japanese hotel room, small but functional. Everything was clean. There was even a balcony which I really like. The breakfast was perfectly adequate with Japanese and western options. Staff were polite yet reserved. The train station, bus station and outlet was literally 3-5 minutes walk away with everything you need including numerous convenience stores and restaurants. One of the best things is that the Narita bus (pay onboard) stops at the hotel itself which I didn’t know when I arrived although not every time so you need to check the schedule. Otherwise you can catch the bus from the station. I would stay again or maybe try the premier version next time. Good value for money and great location.

The room is compact and clean, and the bed and pillow are comfortable. Everything I need. Price is right for the value. I have stayed in this hotel many times before.

good location if you are here for the exhibition at Makuhari Messe exhibition hall... so convenient, and could find food everyway.

nicely located and near airport bus access, recommended for travellers

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

I accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window

Convenient transportation from Narita airport by Messi bus. Location is nearby the Kaihim-makuhari JE station. Fifteen minutes walk to messe. Good room cleaning work. This is the 2nd time I stay here. Reception can help to arrange the local delivery which is very convenient.

Breakfast is good. Nearby got shopping centre , eatery and grocery shop. JR train station is nearby!

Service was exellent. When I checked in, I was very tired due to jet lag. The receptionist was patient and understanding. The room was clean and the well furnished. Loved the location nearby the JR station and a nearby mall.

The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good
