A good hotel. Located very near night bazaar. Lots of shops. In general, this hotel is good. Breakfast is ok.

Earthquake 7,7 richters did spoil the mood. Also safety protocols were not Good Standards and nobody came to us. Also no looking after the customers after evacuation. Otherr than that .normal Mövenpick hotel.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. overpriced, looks like scam Hotel. I don't understand how such rooms can even be in such a hotel for $130 a night.The maximum price for them 30 dollars, it is just a cod room. there is no pluses at all that would stay in this hotel. the smell in the room is disgusting, constantly noise from the air conditioner, the furniture is broken.

It's a good hotel with good location. However, it's surroundings seem more preferable to Westerners than Asians.

Excellent location and good service. But hot water didn’t come from shower…other than that everything is comfortable.

The hotel has no pool and no gym. We were uninformed until arrival. This is very misleading and a terrible business.

The hotel location is good , walking distance to 7-11, MCD, Starbucks, and nice food court ~ The hotel's front desk staff (Kreen)is very friendly, the service is good and polite~

Good. No queen bed was available after requeat through email instead of 2 seperate beds so had to pay extra. Accor membership helped.

The place is just next to the night market: good The concern is the parking area which is a bit dark and there isn't any lift, inconvenient especially for the elder person. Thanks & Regards Stanley Ng

Great hotel right in the middle of the night market. Great breakfast, clean rooms. The gym is old and some of the equipment is broken.
