Good budget hotel, good location just few min walk to old town. Friendly staff and big room. Furniture inside is a bit old but overall is good value. 7/11 right in front the hotel. I had a good stay there and will be back

Amazing view and clean hotel room. I drank this drink to get rid of my hangover from the night before and enjoyed the view. I cant wait for my next trip to Chiangmai. This hotel is the best for the price in the whole city.

The hotel is in a good location , close to old city . The Room was clean , has balcony and big room ,very comfortable to stay . Budget-friendly!! I would like to come back again.

I only booked this hotel for one night as I extended my stay in Chiang Mai and the hotel I was staying at was fully booked. I was reluctant to book it for the price and mixed reviews. Ok, it's not luxury, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It's good for the price and I found the bed was comfortable as I've had a lot worse beds in Chiang Mai. It was clean, bit outdated but it was fine for me. Kind of wish I booked a few more nights as the location is just off the Old Town. I would stay again if looking for a cheap room.

The hotel is in a pretty good location, just a few steps from the old city, and the famous gate, and the central Temple. If you travel by car, there are several parking spaces. There is a 7 eleven store nearby, just around the corner, but it is very small. The reception is more or less well decorated, in the morning you can drink complimentary coffee. The elevator does not work well, the doors squeeze visitors. The room stock itself is very tired. The noise is very high, you can hear everything that your neighbors do. The TV does not show the channel clearly. The wifi level is good, the Internet worked stably. When checking in, you will be asked to make a deposit for the key, 200 baht, cash only. The hotel may have a good future again, but now it is very tired and needs a major overhaul, which I wish the owners and managers of this hotel to do, because the name does not match the interior at all.

Excellent budget hotel, I asked for a fan to help with the soaring heat as the air conditioner was extremely powerful (not the hotel's fault I am allergic to air conditioning) , the receptionist agreed to get me a fan but didn't get one , minor disappointment, the hotel is absolutely great at the price, highly recommended

This hotel is a bit old, and probably it saw a lot of happenings inside, its Chinese style and amenities are very nice and the location Is very near the center.

Everything is fine in my hotel, not too good, the rooms are big but the boys who stay in the morning were not good. The rest of the lady staff was very good.

For those who travel with low budget and for those who does not expect fancy rooms, this one is recommended. Not so far with the Tha Phe gate and enjoy Sunday night market.

Good value for money and a convenient location. Room was a little spartan but fine for the price. Good location close to the old town but quiet.

Very basic room. Staffs is helpful and attentive. Amenities and cleanliness must be improved, I found used shower cap hanging on the restroom door.

The hotel looks stunning from the pics. But after enter to the room it says different. The room is super old like 30-40 years old of room. We didn't get any tooth brush. I don't know this is the standard in Thai. The electricity contact is also old, which hard to charge our belongings. The lock system is also old, I feel insecure staying there
