For old couple like us, we never had a problem staying in this place. Affordable and yet the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our visit to Chiang Mai was made so incredible due to the host of Kittawan home & Gallery. He helped us decide on and book a brilliant, ethical elephant tour, and a tour of Doi Inthanon national park and highlighted key features to visit in the town centre. Location is perfect, close to the city centre and train station (walkable) and the airport (15 min drive max). We walked to and from the old town every night with ease, but grab is also an easy option. The garden is beautiful, location peaceful and feels safe. Breakfast was delicious and the host was by far the kindest and most hospitable we have met (having travelled to many places globally). Thanks so much for having us! 🙏🏼

Most comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. We stayed here throughout our stay. We love the well designed resort stay. Morning breakfast is no fuss. Dont is the young owner of the place, a coffee connoisseur who shared his great insights about Thai coffee. The place is 1km from Ping River.

We really enjoyed staying at Kittawan Home & Gallery It is cute, clean, and the hosts are extremely helpful and considerate. They really make this a 'home away from home.' The location is a little out of the center, in a quiet street.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was excellent. We arrived very early from Bangkok and were allowed to check in at 8am so we could have a rest before exploring the city. We were given bikes and also allowed to borrow a scooter for one of the nights to get in to town. The journey from the guest house to the centre is a short distance but pleasant. We got eggs and toast every morning for breakfast and lots of water. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely warm shower. The host was so knowledgeable about things to do and gave us great advice which made our trip even better. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 5 nights during our short stay in Chaing Mai. This is a great place about 5 mins away from the city centre. The area is very quiet and relaxing with a koi pond and surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The host has been amazing, he's extremely friendly and accommodated all our needs as well as giving us lots of useful information about the city. The breakfast was personally cooked for us each morning. and we were given a choice of tea. Wifi has also been great around the property. Theres a great bakery around the corner as well. If I come back to Chaing Mai this is where I would be staying again.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per questa struttura situata vicino al centro ma al tempo stesso defilata sufficientemente dai rumori e dal traffico caotico di Chiang Mai. Non e sua moglie sono stati capaci di ricreare, in un piccolo fazzoletto di giardino, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immerso tra il verde ed i fiori, con una cascatella ed una vasca di enormi carpe. Nonostante avessimo prenotato un soggiorno di 7 giorni con 6 mesi di anticipo, purtroppo nella struttura era rimasta disponibile solo una camera standard molto spartana, con un piccolo letto matrimoniale, 1 comodino - prego tirare a sorte a chi spetta il lato del letto con l'unico comodino disponibile - nessun armadio ma alcuni appendiabiti in plastica, un lavabo con giusto un filo d'acqua fredda e una piccola doccia con acqua calda (a volte, non sempre). Per il resto il nostro soggiorno al Kittawan è stato più che piacevole, sopratutto se rapportato al modesto costo per il pernottamento e per la semplice prima colazione (in totale circa 22 euro a notte). Non (il gestore del Kittawan) si è rivelato una persona molto disponibile e premurosa: in particolare ci è stato di notevole aiuto per organizzare i tour che avevamo in programma nell'area di Chiang Mai, inoltre ci ha consigliato 2 ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni e, dulcis in fundo, in un paio di occasioni ci ha fatto anche da personale autista.

Esperienza molto positiva in questa struttura! Abbiamo dormito qui per tre notti. Stanze semplici, colazione inclusa e prezzo ottimo! Si tratta di un luogo silenzioso e rilassante, con un laghetto di Karpe Koi (giganti) e una cascatella, davanti ai quali è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi, come anche fare colazione al mattino. Il ragazzo alla reception davvero gentile e disponibile a dare consigli!!
