Buildings are old. Basically, everything except service is not bad but personally, I don’t like their services.

Location was perfect, within the city wall. Plenty of eateries nearby & a 7-11 100yds away. The room was serviced every day, if you wanted, with clean towels. There was use of a fridge/freezer in reception, but could have done with a small version in the room, for those longer stays. Staff were courteous as always & breakfast was great @ £2.50!

Great location. Near to Sunday market. Clean room and very spacious Aircon and water heater worked normally. There is space to dry your hand-wash clothes

Pro: very convenient location, clean Con: slow / very weak internet, on and off. Only washing machine available, no dryer! We stuck with wet clothes and needed to go to nearby laundromat to dry all our wet clothes.

Lovely spot on the edge of chiang mai old city, next to the road but not too noisy, 20 min walk from the centre of town with many temples and attractions a short walk away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable and the hospitality team were cheerful and helpful.

The service staff was helpful and responded our requests well. The room was decent with enough amenities. The location is at the end of western border of old town. A lot of cafes food places around 10 min walk range.

I had a nice stay at Chiang Roy 7Days Inn! The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was simple yet cozy, providing all we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was basic but absolutely sufficient to start our day. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to numerous shops, a scooter rental, and a Seven Eleven, making it easy to explore the old town's sights. Overall, it’s a great value for anyone looking to experience the charm of Chiang Rai! Highly recommended!

Great hotel! Close to restaurants and bars! Comfortable bed and great shower. Fresh towels daily too which was nice.

The room is right above a busy street and very noisy on the first day when we checked in ( Loy Kratong festival) however next day was tolerable. It's inside the old city and alot of Cafe and small eatery .

Highly recommended. Location is near to the old city and airport. The staffs are friendly and even gave us free breakfast. The room is clean and neat. Will stay again when we’re back in Chiang Mai!
