A very nice hotel. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. Although some installation in the room is not user friendly, the room is generally very nice and according to our expectations. Food, especially the breakfast, is good and with various selections.

Very nice breakfast, excellent service of staff Comfy environment, there is a convenient store next to the hotel. Super relaxing place for vacation!

Staying at The Inside House was an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a blend of traditional and modern styles. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast is beautifully presented. Love my stay so much.

I had a perfect stay at The Inside House in Chiang Mai. The staff's exceptional service, the pristine and elegant room, and the delicious breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommended!

Staff are extremely helpful especially Mr Dear always checking our Grab bookings and let us sit in the lobby while he look out for our car to arrive. Always readily recommend places to go upon request. Staff at the restaurant are so amazing, they are so attentive and remember our special requests and for the next few days served us according what we requested on day one. We appreciate Ms Chanya, Mr Jommy and their team for their first class service. Hotel location is good , 15 min walk to weekend night markets and 15 min drive to most malls.

Perfect ^-^ We had the best stay here, the room was comfortable and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the bath on the balcony and all of the small details that made our stay special. Couldn't recommend more!

I should have stayed longer :) Good atmosphere. Delicious and beautiful breakfast,drinks. Very polite staff. The whole stay, starting from the welcoming was an amazing experience. I really loved the hotel and the neighbourhood. Will definitely come back if I visited Chiang Mai again.

Exceptional stay at the Inside House. Service of the all was exceptional. Food and the room were fantastic. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay that we will definitely revisit next time.

great service and restaurant but they should insulate from noise better. can hear people in the hallways too easily

I had a great time here. Room , amenities and location were all wonderful. At first you're not quite sure what to expect as it is different to all the 5 star hotels. But the charm lies in the staffs service and ability to make this feel like a home for you. Also, Breakfast and afternoon tea (included) were all so special. Would come back in a heart beat. (Ps they knew I had a 6am flight and would miss breakfast, so they prepared me a special breakfast box to go at checkout. Unbeatable service)

Two nights, glasspool + waterfall, the reception lady and the girl who transferred me from one to the other are very lofty. She speaks very fast and impatient, asked me if she needed to explain the room policy again, apparently she didn’t want to, as she is not native English speaker, maybe speaks slower and clearer making better sense, although my race is Asian but I had educated and worked in English the last 8 years.

The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.
