Good location and good service Junior Suite With Bathtub have a washing machine in the room. Very convenience.

Overall, the location of the hotel is strategic as opposite got Maya Shopping Mall and surrounding a lot of shops for beverage and others services. However, for those want peaceful mind on sleep, suggest getting the room that facing mountain side instead of the Roadside / shopping mall as at night is very happening.

The hotel is in an area that is convinent with a good market place nearby but it is extremely noisy in the evening until 12. The hotel service is generally nice especially the massage service but some of the staff have poor English that they take our order wrong a few times when we try to order some food in the cafe. THe hotel facility is slightly old and the room is not as clean that we find a few places get mouldy in our room.

Great location, easy access to shopping mall and shopping streets. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Located in the New Town and nearer to modern malls and eateries. Clean, thoughtful details within the room, eg bidet, separate shower area from the bathtub. Breakfast is Thai and hearty, and the buffet changes. Service staff are welcoming and happy. A good place to return to, and a change everyday, after Old Town markets and sights.

Staff excellent helpful services. (Front reception , security , housekeeper) Good location in heart of Nimman. I'll comeback in next trip.

I stay for 1 night, and the room that I got their is no internet access on TV, the staff inform us that normally they have, but on my floor the internet access not complete yet, so I don't know why because I also fully pay for the room charge why I have to get the room that have some problem with technique
