Ginger Chennai - Vadapalani

The room is very small. Not worth the money.

Pathetic hotel.. seems like a lodge with untidy linens, towels, low class wall fans.. Dirty washrooms at such a high cost. Many other hotels in the city offers high quality and sanitation at cheaper rates. Please work on hygiene and sanitation

Last couple of day I’ll stay in hotel ginger Vadapalani Chennai I go check in at midnight but very easy approach and warm welcome of reception It’s nice ambiance and feel comfortable service is very easy to get it for room service and food from restaurant Front desk of Shaiva, mithali and madhu give ah good response and easy approach

Mesmerizing stay ***** with very much satisfying hospitality. I spend some good times over here with my family. I would like to thank each and every person of the hotel especially #Gunjan, Sahiba, Rahimul, Sham & Abhijit # for providing all round care and hospitality during my stay. Just say they are perfect. Though they have challenges in terms of infrastructure but they extended their service beyond expected. I was allergic to thier soap, they arranging the different soap from marker at night. It was touched. 👍 group of good people like sahiba, Rohimul and Nityananda at security. A good place to saty might be you will not get luxury but you will get warness.

I am here from 2nd Oct 24 to 7th Oct 24, this is worst experience I have faced in any hotel. There service are extremely bad, if I call to reception or restaurant they will delay the all things, i have to wait for minimum 1:30 hours for response, response comes after 2nd and 3rd call. The staff not responding immediately, either they are not willing to entertain the client. Last 4 days same suition I faced here and there is nothing improvement I saw here. I will not recommend this hotel for any one, at arround there is lots of hotel which are more cheap and service also good Strongly recommended, not to be stay in this hotel. Also I have phone recording of my conversation with hotel staff.

The food was somewhat bland, while the dosa and idly were wonderfully prepared. When Luckas arrived to greet me, he was a master. In housekeeping, Abhijit and Susant were really kind, and definitely, Rohimul and Sahiba are the mainstays of the hotel. Although the hotel is decent, the room decor needs to be updated. A large parking area will undoubtedly benefit all customers.

It was quite pleasant to receive the evening call from Lady Mitalee, and Rohimul, Argha, and Ranjit were very cute. Continue, Ginger Vadaplani. My two-year-old baby was handled so well that I didn't feel like I was going alone. The warmth of this hotel makes it worth visiting. They offered to provide me breakfast in my room as I missed breakfast Very considerate.

Check-in early, a light breakfast, and compact yet tidy accommodations. Ashutosh, Sahiba, Ayush, and Mitalee were adept at managing guests. For breakfast, there was a variety of drinks, sprouts, detox water, hot dosas, and food from both North and South India. At any rate, this is rather fascinating. I met Mr. Gunjan Gupta, the manager, when he was meetig other  guest that day. He was a kind, cool ***. The primary location's impact will facilitate entry into the city. Thanks to each and every one.
