The service is very good, the hygiene is clean, the facilities are complete, there is a bathtub and a projector, the room is very comfortable and practical, like being at home, the housekeeper's service attitude is good.

hotel was clean and cosy. nice bathtub with a good view. staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially yilin, offered to take care of our luggages for the day after check out so we can visit other places in chengdu😊

Location is good.. Just 19 kins walk from popular luxury brand shopping hub tài koo li.... Rooms are fine... Just there is one desk reception.. Hope they could do it better on the front desk... Rooms are fine... Good view with bath tub....

The staffs were friendly and ready to help even though there was some problem arising in the beginning; however, the staffs tried their best and to resolve the problem as soon as possible. The location was a quiet location, and there are local food stalls walkable distance from the hotel.
