Really excellent location about 15 minutes from subway though. Lots of restaurants into he area and a huge shopping mall. Outlets. 24 convenience store next door. the Room was warm and had a good TV. Heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise and a good shower

We had a great time at Niceso here, the rooms were spacious and had good amenities during our stay in Chengdu, the reception staff were helpful with our booking and even provided advice on planning our itinerary, a great stay at an affordable price!

The hotel is in a prime location. The hotel is close to Kuanzhai alley. Very good value for money. But if you come in holiday season, the price may be higher because of the location. Overall I had a good experience!! Go for it!

Location was great, but the staff on our second day was not very friendly and the bathroom was not very clean.

It was very clean and the room service was good. They came and cleaned the room when we weren’t there and put new water bottles for us. Also the view from the room was amazing and it was cozy.

Very nice hotel, the bed was super confortable and the bathroom was amazing. I strongly recommand it for people wanting to visit Chengdu.

- very hard bed - very thin pillows - only given 2 pillows per pax and unable to provide more - moldy toilet floor - no drainage around toilet bowl as water keeps flooding out of toilet so you would be doing your business with water pooled around your feet - cockroach in toilet (see pic)

Hotel was kind enough to free upgrade my room and allowed me to check out late. Near to kuixinglou which is a plus. A lot of nice eateries nearby

the counter gave me a free upgrade to the room which i’m really thankful for! there is a slight sewage smell from the toilet ocassionally, but it was bearable. if not, the room is clean. the hotel is also near a parkson outlet shopping mall :) lots of eateries downstairs and about 15 min walking distance from kuanzhai alley. overall good experience

The staff didn't speak English and they did not try much to translate and answer my questions, they weren't super helpful with my traveling to the airport doubts. I liked the hotel because it had plenty of toiletries and the room had a very nice kettle and tea pot with tea. Allso, I had the privilege of late check out at 2PM.

Basic hotel. The room is spacious but it's missing a proper sitting area inside, now there is just a big empty space. Rooms on the road side are really noisy but the front desk did warn me about that upfront and they provide earplugs if needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far away from most of the sights and the nearest subway is also a bit of a walk.

We had a pleasant 3 nights stay at this hotel. If you like to eat, there are tons and tons of options right in the area. If you like to shop, there is a big Parkson outlet right across from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and neat. It’s a bit on the small size. Everyday, the room will be cleaned and restocked with the  toiletries items and 2 bottles of water. All and all, i like the location of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Good price/quality ratio. The rooms are clean and convenient. I recommend.
