Okinawa Sunset Beach Hotel Location - 9/10: The hotel is located right next to American Village, just a 2-minute walk away. Service standard - 5/10: The service level of the front office staff indeed needs improvement. There was a night when the parking spaces were full, but the staff did not assist me, even though he was just standing at the corner smoking and talking with his colleague. Additionally, there was no housekeeping or room makeup service during our 2-night stay, which was very disappointing. We did not expect there to be no room makeup service; they could have informed us in advance if it was not provided. However, the breakfast was great, and the two older ladies in the restaurant provided us with excellent smiles and service. The scores are for those ladies. Room - 7/10: The rooms are spacious, and the sea view looks exactly the same as the pictures on the website. However, the design does not look like it is from 2018 and seems a bit old. It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.

Nice view, and convenient location, good hygiene Near american village

This is a spacious room suitable for a family of 4. The room is clean and location is very central. To book the breakfast, one need to reserve the day before at 6pm. Nonetheless there are lots of breakfast choices around the hotel. It is directly outside the beach area which unfortunately is under renovation work until further notice.

The hotel room is very big compared with other hotel in japan. The balcony is big and the beach view there is nice. I like the design of the room as the bath tub and the toilet are separate. The room location is good, it is in the centre of American Village, you can visit there easily, the night view of the Village is also great.

Located at the beach . The view from the room so nice. Very convenient to go consuming in the American Village. Parking is free and sufficient slots .

Food (breakfast) was Local style, delicious, and perfect! The room was a bit old, but big space and great view! We lived in third floor, we can saw the sea and sunset!

飯店位置絕佳，海景第一排，房間空間很大，雖然是蠻有年紀的飯店，但整體看起來還是很不錯，小部分家具有些陳舊，不至於影響到住的品質，尤其shower極棒，而飯店提供的是傳統早餐，對我們是微不習慣，整體感覺CP質頗高，會列入回住選項中。

酒店有寫免費泊車位提供，但是數量非常之少。該停車場是兩間酒店共用的，非常近沙灘可惜當天天氣不太好無法出去。酒店很新淨，非常近美國村。

房間非常大 很乾凈 廁所浴室乾濕分離 浴室又分淋浴區域和泡澡區域 陽台外面就是海景 晴天下的大海特別美麗 就是果凍海 還有酒店的洗漱用品非常好 對了早上有免費的咖啡喝哦 需要自己沖咖啡

很滿意，性價比之王。推門即沙灘，就在美國村旁邊，步行即可到達所有好餐廳，包含琉球的牛北谷店。親子遛娃、度假放鬆的首選酒店！下次來還會選擇這家！

位置很棒 服務態度不錯…早餐很一般的…不過停車場算小 房間真的蠻大的「在日本」..距離美國村很近..附近很熱鬧…
