Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. We booked the Deluxe Suite with Balcony and would highly recommend it. The room was absolutely huge, immaculately clean and super comfortable. Check in was super easy, and communication with the host was brilliant. I would absolutely recommend staying here for your trip to Chania. Location is also perfect! Thank you so much

We were already on the island of Crete. We booked this place through ***********. We arrived at 10am after a 80 mile trip at the town to enjoy its historical background. We were welcomed by the male owner who said the room would be ready by 2pm, not a problem, we just wanted to know where our £165pn accomodation was. We then enjoyed the town. We booked our meal for the night. We came back at 2pm, the cleaner/housekeeper was outside, we went up the stairs, she followed, she phoned the owner, the owner spoked to us and advised there had been a double booking!! And we weren't staying!! We had to travel 80miles back 2.30hrs away!! As we could not get other accommodation. It is clear their calendar is not syncing with ***********, else we would not have been able to book. We are totally disgusted how we were treated!!!

As I explained to you yesterday and you understood it yourself, there was a problem with our reservation system. Before you made your reservation through ***********, another guest made a direct reservation in the same room as the one you booked, who was already at our property when you arrived. Because this booking was direct and not through a booking channel, we manually closed the availability. However for some reason it wasn't closed, so the room seemed to be available when it wasn't. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are sorry that you did not like any of the accommodations we suggested. Our proposal was for some excellent accommodation, similar in quality and aesthetic to ours. In exchange for this bad situation we would like to offer you a free stay in our accommodation whenever you want. We wish you a wonderful summer!
