We have never seen any reception or hosts at all so it may make you feel there is not much customer service to be offered. Despite all these, our check in and transportation arrangement were seamless so there was not much customer support we would need. Room was extremely clean. Location was awesome, walking distance to major sites and restaurants are everywhere

PERFECT ROOMS, VERY MODERN IN A PERFECT LOCATION!!! Spacious and clean with a lovely hostess who is willing to help!! Today she complimentary offered us a nice wine!!! I would highly recommend them and we would be definitely coming back in the near future!!!

Don’t often rate accommodation as excellent. This place was perfectly located at the edge of the Old Town, an easy walk from the taxi., and easy walk to the waterfront. Very hard to get lost. Arrived late, got access without a problem. Room was clean tidy and welcoming. The restaurant “attached “ to the accommodation was also welcoming and good value. The reception by Konstantina was marvellous, thorough, engaging and genuinely interested in our experience of the area. Thank you for a great stay Probably one of the few places in the world we’d consider revisiting

Fantastic room, perfect location in the centre of the town, just a 5 min walk to the old harbour. Very authentic location with a modern room inside catering to all your needs. Lovely helpful staff, arranged car hire for us and helped us with buses and places to see. Down the street where the apartment is are some amazing restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be in amongst the action but at the same time secluded enough to relax.

These apartments are fantastic value for money. Very up market for a readonable cost! We only stayed one night and booked an ecomony room, this room was easily the nicest apartment I have stayed in, very spacious and lots of addition things included to help make your stay comfortable. It is located in the heart of the City and a 5-10 mins walk to the port and sea. The staff are very friendly, as was everyone we met in Crete.

Great location in the old town with very nice restaurants in the street Great amenities, great service, staff recommendations were spot on and great help The street has a lot of restaurants and bar but noise was never an issue Parking available not far if required

It is my second time visiting Chania and first time with Minaret Suites and Apartments, we booked through *********** and it was easy. If your room is ready you can check in earlier. Very nice location and nice staff at the recepption. The cleaning staff however does not respect the sign "do not disturb", the first night we were woken up by a loud nock and yelling if we wanted cleaning where to we answered no and referred to the sign ln the door. The second day we left the sign "do not disturb" on and left at 11 am and when we came home at 5 pm our room had been cleaned anyways. It feels a bit unsafe because you can not leave your privates out - they enter and/or disturb you whether the sign is on or not which ruins the idea of having the sign in the first place.

Μία εκπληκτική διαμονή σε εκλεκτικά ,όμορφα και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια στο κέντρο των Χανίων. Στο κέντρο των βραδινών εστιατόριο βρίσκονται αυτά τα πανέμορφα δωμάτια. Μείναμε σε μία σουίτα που ήτανε όμορφα διακοσμημένη και πεντακάθαρη χάρη στην Ειρήνη που η καθαριότητα της ήτανε μεγαλύτερη από τους ευγενικούς τρόπους της. Είναι πάρα πολύ ωραίο να μπαίνεις σε έναν χώρο που έχει μέσα στο κάτω κατακαλοκαιρο την ιδανική θερμοκρασία αλλά και ευωδία καθαριότητας. Ναι οι σκάλες που οδηγούν στο δεύτερο όροφο μπορεί να είναι λίγο παραπάνω και ειδικά όταν έχεις μία γεμάτη βαλίτσα αλλά όλα τα υπόλοιπα εξισώνουν την υπέροχη διαμονή. Και φυσικά εάν θέλεις να είσαι μέσα στο κέντρο ίσως αν και η μόνωσή είναι πολύ καλή να έχεις λίγο θόρυβο.Μια πολύ ικανοποιητική τιμή λοιπόν για μία εξαιρετική διαμονή. Ευχαριστούμε και θα επανέλθουμε σίγουρα.

Νομίζω ότι είναι από τις καλύτερα δωμάτια που έχω μείνει!Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική ακριβώς στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης των Χανίων…παρ όλο που έχει μαγαζιά και ταβέρνες τριγύρω η ηχομόνωση είναι φοβερή!Πεντακάθαρο μεγάλο δωμάτιο μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και καταπληκτικό κρεβάτι…Το προσωπικό πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει και να σε κατατοπίσει πλήρως!Εννοειται θα ξαναπηγαινα!
