Nice hotel if you have toddlers or kids below 8-10 years of age.. lots of activities near the premises 🥳😊

All works are kind and cleaned room. However sound insulation is not fully secured, too crowded for breakfast time and limited restaurants around the hotel. To me and family members, zoo and circus were motivated so I have satisfied overall condition.

“The hotel is called ‘Zoo Hotel’ but it doesn’t offer access to the zoo. The rooms for families could be safer for kids. The food is okay, but the coffee is terrible. The location is great, though.

Second time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Staff was really cooperative, specially the english speaking staff, breakfast was just ok, it was nice experience,

Let's start with the good. The zoo was nice with a large variety of animals to see. We spent about 4 hours at the zoo and saw just about every thing. We did not watch any of the animal shows. The view overlooking the zoo from our balcony was beautiful. The circus show was the highlight of our stay. The circus show was very well done and the entire family enjoyed the show from start to finish. Now the BAD! The room's floor was filthy! It was covered by a layer of dust. The bathrooms ventilation didn't work effectively. The room's wallpaper and paint looked like a child applied it. The door handle would fall off every time we opened the door. The fire safety equipment was not up to code. Just watch the videos. And the worst was the lack of dinning options in and around the hotel. What was available was not very healthy or appetizing. Oh! And children over 1 meter had to pay for the breakfast buffet! First time we have had to pay for a breakfast buffet for my son who is 113cm. Overall, it just felt like this was a cheap hotel trying to pose as a classy family resort. Everything felt cheap, as if the hotel was cutting corners and trying to save money. Not a very enjoyable or comfortable stay. We will not stay at this hotel again.

這次入住動物酒店的體驗簡直超出預期！特別要誇誇管家小劉，從抵達酒店開始就感受到了超貼心的服務。房間是動物主題。 入住期間，無論早晚發消息詢問問題，小劉都秒回，感謝小劉讓旅程變得如此美好，下次一定還來！

房間如何？房間非常糟糕，雖然含了兩張大馬戲的門票 那也差不多1000左右的房間了，難道節假日就要這麼被宰嗎？酒店應該是很老的酒店翻新的 房間裏面的設施總體很陳舊，窗簾上既然還有裝修時候的塗料 空調外機很吵很吵 同樣是親子房 妹妹他們有小童小腳凳 小童馬桶座圈 但是他們的斑馬房衞生比我們還要差 洗漱台前面有個掛毛巾的 這一看就是十幾年前的風格 六歲的小朋友根本沒法刷牙 房間準備的小童牙膏也是小得根本沒法擠出 有些入住會送一套獅王的 我們沒有送還是後面去要的 兩個孩子也衹能送一套！酒店的無紡布袋子也是有些房間有有些房間沒有雖然這都是小事 但是足以體現這個酒店的水準 據説五星級？準三星都趕不上！還有一個坑就是酒店大堂全部都是消費項目 價格貴得離譜 湖州龍之夢 吃香實在太難看了。。為了看打鐵花 花了900塊點了一桌成本不用200的菜。。。這個吃相沒見過 可能我出門不多的緣故吧。。或者我窮的緣故。。。

酒店地理位置絕佳，房間陽台就能看到動物，視野很好！但是隔音是真差，前後左右都能聽到噪音，晚上很晚了還吵得很，樓上走路聲、旁邊説話聲，簡直沒法形容。還有就是衞生間大概下水道的關係，馬桶一直有臭味翻上來，聞着是真噁心，大大降低了體驗感。大馬戲非常值得一看！精彩絕倫👍

管家小譚很負責，入住前就發了遊玩攻略，對於我這樣懶得查攻略的人簡直是天使般的管家😊第二天續房，直接也是幫我在網上直接續住，省去大堂排隊的時間😁酒店七樓自助餐廳菜的品種多些，二樓的自助餐廳可以看到獅子和斑馬，各有優勢吧 高樓層在陽台可以看到古鎮的煙花表演，躺在沙發上看煙花也是種不錯的體驗
