Longemont Zoo Hotel anmeldelser

All works are kind and cleaned room. However sound insulation is not fully secured, too crowded for breakfast time and limited restaurants around the hotel. To me and family members, zoo and circus were motivated so I have satisfied overall condition.

“The hotel is called ‘Zoo Hotel’ but it doesn’t offer access to the zoo. The rooms for families could be safer for kids. The food is okay, but the coffee is terrible. The location is great, though.

Second time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Let's start with the good. The zoo was nice with a large variety of animals to see. We spent about 4 hours at the zoo and saw just about every thing. We did not watch any of the animal shows. The view overlooking the zoo from our balcony was beautiful. The circus show was the highlight of our stay. The circus show was very well done and the entire family enjoyed the show from start to finish. Now the BAD! The room's floor was filthy! It was covered by a layer of dust. The bathrooms ventilation didn't work effectively. The room's wallpaper and paint looked like a child applied it. The door handle would fall off every time we opened the door. The fire safety equipment was not up to code. Just watch the videos. And the worst was the lack of dinning options in and around the hotel. What was available was not very healthy or appetizing. Oh! And children over 1 meter had to pay for the breakfast buffet! First time we have had to pay for a breakfast buffet for my son who is 113cm. Overall, it just felt like this was a cheap hotel trying to pose as a classy family resort. Everything felt cheap, as if the hotel was cutting corners and trying to save money. Not a very enjoyable or comfortable stay. We will not stay at this hotel again.

首先首先，在最開始的時候，先實名制感謝一下主動來聯繫加微信的管家-小易，是我們本次旅行中最大的驚喜。提前告知注意事項，幫忙安排房間，幫忙補充需求，幫忙提供攻略，以及很多沒有提到的細節，能給滿分之上，因為有附加得分項。 房間更棒，非常滿意，體驗感幾乎是能到95分的。 買了套票，大馬戲，動物園，餵養卡等等都很不錯。這次湖州之行也基本上都非常順利。 如果要説美中不足，很中肯的，一個是體量太大，加上節假日，人實在是有點多。不過電梯沒有想象中的慢，我們住在高樓層，但是電梯運行速度還是很夠的。服務也在這個體量上算是非常OK的，所有的工作人員都比較熱情，絲毫沒有因為人多嘈雜或者工作量大而消極待客。餐食有點遜色，是唯一想要提出改進的建議。

優點 :一樓大堂很大，有十幾個辦理入住窗口。酒店工作人員態度很好，服務熱情，管家提前一天告知停車細節。距離大馬戲動物園冰雪世界都很近。缺點 :房間設施比較陳舊，定位親子酒店並未看出太多親子環境。一次性浴墊需要自費15元小超市購買。早餐品種一般，八點半高峯期明顯有些接待不過來。太湖古鎮商業化嚴重，不如南潯古鎮有腔調。從周邊配套和爛尾樓看，其實龍之夢樂園初衷設想是很美好的，但後期由於各方面原因未能實現。總之這次出行，給服務、大馬戲、古鎮煙花打滿分。

房間看起來還是不錯，比較寬敞，但是安排在電梯口，且跟隔壁房間中間有門，一點不隔音，特別吵，最要命的是馬桶…才用了幾次就堵住了，太糟糕。浴室洗澡水流大，但是水温不是特別恆定。總體來説，設施還有更新的空間，主要是服務太差勁。 尤其是早餐，不説食物質量了，節假日人流大，但是毫無管理可言，排隊取煎蛋，有人插隊，煎蛋阿姨竟然一句話不説，還説她管不了，作為一個五星級酒店，管理水平如此差勁，真的是歎為觀止

酒店位置離動物園很近，由於本次出遊主要目的地就是動物園所以動物酒店是首選。酒店衞生和佈置都沒得説，長頸鹿主題上下鋪小朋友很喜歡。雖然節日期間人非常多，但服務還是很棒，我們的專屬管家小錢也是從到酒店前開始就給予了很多旅行上的幫助。整體非常滿意！

酒店地理位置優越，離動物園和大馬戲都很近，旁邊餐飲方便。管家小易服務非常好，入住前主動聯繫，告知注意事項，入住當天幫忙聯繫入住，並贈送了早餐，非常好的管家。酒店房間大，有陽台，浴缸，對小朋友很友好，入住非常滿意！
