If you want to stay close to the center, but not exactly there it's a good option! Metro line 2 is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, with this line you can go directly to the train stations. The room was big, cleanness acceptable although there are signs of aging, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast good, but mostly Chinese options. They also provided a free "xiaoye" late night snacking, which is nice. The hotel says it's non-smoking, but you still find ashtrays and even worse smoking people at the elevator entrance next to the no smoking sign... I know we are in China, and smoking is still very common, but if a hotel decides to be non smoking, then please execute your own policy. Thanks.

Good location - near the Metro! A very busy hotel but queries are looked into promptly! A good spread for breakfast! Supper is also provided though with limited selection of food - noodles and porridge!

Room is clean, at first i got a smoking room permitted and its smell really bad but staff was so nice and change my room as i asked. The location is good not too far from metro and has a lot of restaurants nearby.

Have you ever wanted to live like an upper-level provincial bureaucrat circa 2005? With this hotel, you can! This is the kind of place where they considered it a complementary upgrade to move us to a smoking room. But, while it might be a little dated and faded, it is generally a good place to stay: spacious rooms; generous water pressure; professional staff; and largely clean. Your Chinese father-in-law will definitely love this place. You might not be so enamoured, but you could do far worse than here.

People were very helpful and the location is convenient since we were getting on a Train to Changsha South Railway the next morning. Nothing too special but there is a nice mall within walking distance the and the staff were very helpful. An easy enough place to go to for foreigners. There is also a place not too far away for NAT which you will need to do within 24 hours of arriving (if coming from out of the province). The only thing to really mention is there isn't any real coffee for breakfast 😜 if you're in need of a coffee in the morning I'd being your own!

At the gate is entrance 4 of Changsha Avenue station of Metro Line 2, which can be seamlessly connected with the airport and high-speed railway station, and is very close to the expressway, the city center and large shopping malls. The fact that we don't get your five little stars in the facilities item is a spur to us. The brewed coffee we currently provide for breakfast may not be suitable for international friends. we will adjust it to meet the needs of guests. We are looking forward to seeing you again and giving you a more pleasant and satisfying stay experience! I wish you success in your work and a happy life!
