Clean and comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, great location near 24H food shops and convenience stores. Breakfast is delicious and there is a good selection of local dishes to try. Will come back here!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Great room for a two star hotel. The hotel is located in the central part of Jakarta. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel actually was named fave hotel cideng then in 2023 renovated with the new management under swisbell chains.. the rooms was nice, they provide netflix and google play, nice location but the rooms was not soundproof and i recomended for guest to choose the room not facing the street ( too noisy with the traffic vehicle ) breakfast not so special hopefully they can improve the variety menu.

Great location and service, the room is clean, and has no smell as well. They use carpet in the corridors making it's a bit difficult to take your luggages with you. Some noises can still be heard from inside the room and the amenities are very basic.

Clean hotel with good service. However, some of the linens and towels and are starting to age quite a bit. Also need to improve on the quality of the soap dispensers.

We've truly become regulars at this hotel thanks to it's amazing location, cleanliness and superb staff. Will recommend and will be back.

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.
