Excellent staff, they were all so friendly always greeting you every time as they see you and helpful especially the front desk receptionist Claribel. She was informative of what I wanted to know and she also was able to solve most of my problems that occurred while I stayed at there very nice resort.

Hotel en general que necesita una actualización, se nota que tiene unos años encima. El servicio y la atención de los empleados, para mi lo mejor del hotel, al menos por mi experiencia. La comida deja algo que desear, aparte de que no siempre hay de todo. Vale la pena reservar en el restaurante del Malecón, tanto el servicio como la comida son mejores que en el self service. Y el bar de la playa también es una buena idea por el entorno y la tranquilidad. En cuanto a la animación, los chicos/as lo intentan aunque sin muchos resultados. Los espectáculos por la noche bien en general, aunque no deberían de dejar pasar tanto tiempo entre el mismo y la discoteca. Pasa casi más de una hora entre uno y otro y la gente se enfría. La playa no es amplia y bastante sucia de algas y demás. Aunque intentan cuidarla a diario. Creo que en general tiene buena relación calidad precio. Pero para playa mejor ir hasta Playa Pilar o alguna de otro hotel.

Ну, для Кубы это средний нормальный отель. Но это где-то 3 звёзды. Из огромных минусов - невероятное количество комаров и ещё больше мух. Невозможно спокойно жить. Еда - выбор стандартный для Кубы, даже неплохой. В остальном ничего необычного. + Выделить не могу. Только если вы пьёте, то наливают без остановки, в основном пиво. Но это такой себе плюс. Так делают везде и не вижу в этом ничего хорошего. Потрёпанный, старенький. На 2 из 5 сойдет.

A must I would highly recommend. I am very happy with are stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly they make you feel right at home here. It is not a very large resort which for are family was great! Going to the a la cartes we would leave full. Yes it is an older resort but this resort honestly has done there best for being in Cuba! The beach is absolutely beautiful, clean. Pools are clean and lots of loungers. I did not walk away from the buffet hungry ever, there is something for everyone and the snack bar is amazing for there choices of food also. Not one complaint from us. Will return! P.s take cat treats the cats love them!

Love the people they place itself, but to me the best of all is Chico for his famous Spanish coffee and friendship if you like new experience, this is the place to come and remember you might see me here and remember the beaches are fantastic we will be seeing you there and don’t forget to say hello to Chico.

Well this is our first trip to this resort and we finally got here to meet Chico in person makes the best Spanish coffee, what a great bartender, thanks Chico!! It certainly won't be our last only our first day here and loving every minute of it!!

Beautiful hotel , outstanding staff. Place is clean and taken care of. Food is fresh and delicious. They accommodated our room change with no issues (mom needed lower floor). Definitely recommended coming here. Alexander delivers tasty coffee at the lobby bar!

Such a lovely hotel! Such kind staff and perfect amenities. It wasn't too crowded at all so it made grabbing sun loungers so easy - there are no chairs wars in the morning here! If you want the best spanish coffee Chicho, Candy and Alain have you covered.

Very clean resort. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful when I was having issues connecting wifi. Be sure to check out Chicho at the Lobby Bar. Our room has minor issues, but nothing that can’t be fixed. Beautiful clean pools.

Love it here at the Mojito. This is second time here this year and am treated with excellent service. Be sure to look up Chicho in the lobby bar, drinks are great. Our room has minor issues but not a problem to stay. Hope to make The Mojito my home away from home.😊
