No hot water. None. Not showering with freezing cold water.
The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is good, but no hot water is a deal-breaker.

Arrived at the B&B to a large clean room in a good location to local restaurants. The host was good at communicating and provided a free breakfast which was very generous. We also where able to have an airport transfer arranged for the morning for €20 which wasn’t a bad price. Only downside is that the room gets very warm and the fans provided did not cool the room down which made it very hard to sleep at night. Overall very good value for money and would stay again.

Lovely little B&B with good transports links. Stayed here the night before flying back home after a week on the island. The host was super helpful, arranged airport transports and even left a complementary breakfast. Checking in and out was quick. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The room was hot and although there was fans it didn’t help much (air conditioning would have been nice). Fresh and clean towels available. There was also a kitchen area and lounge. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Highly recommend as it was cheap and comfortable and host was friendly.

Saved me from awful stay in City-in hostel. Bernardo is great host, friendly and supportive. The room was clean, big and with a little breakfast prepared by host, free of charge. The distance of city centre and Catania Centrale is 20min on foot, lots of restaurants in neighbourhood.

Il palazzo di trova in una zona centrale. La camera era pulita e il bagno privato anche. Per il prezzo non ci si può davvero lamentare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti parcheggi, tuttavia è difficile trovare posti liberi. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi nel giro di dieci minuti.
