Stayed 1 night for a personal stay. Arrived to check in at 430 pm and quicly settled into my room. Hotel is new construction and generally clean. Attempted to shower before an evening event, but could not get hot water. After letting the hot water run for about 15 mins, I finally had a bit of lukewarm water in the shower (still cold from the sink). On my way out, I asked the gentlemen at the front desk who had checked me in 30 mins prior if they were aware of a hot water issue. He confirmed they knew about it, and I just needed to let the water run for a "couple of minutes." He made no attempt to apologize for the inconvenience or even inform me of the known issue upon check in (expectation management). The following morning, I let the hot water run for 30-40 mins while I was down getting breakfast and had some moderately warm water upon my return. Some other issues with the property and surrounding area--the breakfast food is disgusting. Imagine food reheated from a gas station and left to sit for hours...like that but worse. The surrounding area is a ghost-town after 9 PM and only one place (Bar Louie) is open. Other than the original check-in attendant, the entire staff was friendly. Do yourself a favor and find a different property to stay. The juice is not worth the squeeze at this one.

Stayed 4 nights at a price of $1400.00 total. Room appeared clean. Bedsheets were horrible. Did not stay on mattress in corners. No blanket on the bed. what they used looked like a dust ruffle. Housekeeping services were on 2nd day and 5th day. @nd was only a refresh. Garbage and towel change. We never received any housekeeping service. We had to ask for fresh towels on day 3. For the price we paid we should have received daily housekeeping. We did tell the front desk when we returned later in the afternoon and he said they were gone for the day. Gave us fresh towels but did not ask us our room number. Breakfast had a decent selection. There were many young kids staying at this hotel for sporting events. The kids were running up and down the hallways knocking on doors in the evening. Had to call the front desk. Unfortunately, there is one worker in the evening and night shift.

At almost $300 a night you would expect a clean room. Superficially it looked clean but we found short black hairs in the shower when we checked in after a long red eye flight. What’s worse, when we went to get in bed at 10:30pm after visiting our son and the bed was full of the same hairs and it clearly had not been changed from the last guest…..disgusting! The hotel staff do not answer the phone, ever, day or night. Finally, I went down and was handed a bag of bedding to change the bed myself because only one totally overwhelmed staff member was in the hotel. Ok :( I went up to change the dirty sheets and found that I had been handed a bag of sheets for the pull out couch that did not fit the king bed. Went back down to the front desk and she took me back to the housekeeping storage and found me clean king sheets and a duvet. Went back to my room changed the bed and realized I didn’t have a comforter. Went back down and she found me a comforter. All in all the whole process took an hour just so my husband and I can sleep in a clean bed. Truly mind blowing.. The manager at this hotel needs to actually do random room inspections. I cannot believe housekeeping would make a dirty bed for a new check in. We travel all over the world and this is a first. As Hilton Diamond Members this is a new low in the Hilton Brand. This is a beautiful area but I would recommend avoiding this hotel. We won’t stay here again.

I really liked spending a couple nights at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and everything in the room worked very well. The spacious lobby was one of the best I have seen for a long time. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel seemed to have just opened and wasn't quite up to speed on a few things. The breakfast was very good, but there were a number of awkward issues. The food was served in shelves with awkward openings. They were running out of plates, flatware, napkins and coffee. The coffee when it came was boiling hot and no ice to cool it to a drinkable temperature. These are all things that can be addressed and I am sure will be. I would certainly consider staying there again. There was plenty of parking and the area felt very safe. If you don't have a car, I would consider a place closer to the city center.
