Awesome 5 star bliss.Elegant room with huge king size bed with the most exquisite linen.Tastefully decorated room which is top notch attention to detail.Friendly staff who are always on hand to assist with all your needs. Highly recommended.

The hospitality is fabulous, the food is delightful, the pool is brilliant, the atmosphere is perfect. I wish I could live here.

Went to Blanco for New Year’s Eve, the staff were amazing, however I think the kitchen a little overwhelmed. It took to 9ish to have our starter. Unfortunately the burrata was a bit dry, the calamari’s were fine. The main meal came around 10 - the fish dry and no real extras with the steak - apart from a chip. They had a disco which started around 1145 and that was good. A little disappointing to be honest.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice pool, nice breakfast, nice diner in Blanko restaurant, staff helped us organising a perfect day wine tour, nespresso in the room, we had two bathrooms, this hotel was close to perfection. City centre is half an our with uber, but closer to Frenchhoek. For us the perfect stay when you arrive and you want rest, beforenleaving on a cruise

We had a great stay at the Alphen, the room was situated absolutey quiet and choice of restaurants was great and the reception staff was extraordinarily supportive.

Excellent stay, lovely room and service from all staff. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is excellent

What an absolute treat to stay here for the weekend while I suffered in the mountains on the UTCT trail run. The entire staff was so helpful and no request was overlooked or too much hassle. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I will be back.

We now visited The Alphen for the 2nd time, the staff is very kind and helpfull, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable and the good is very good. We had an excellent stay and will come back!

Amazing stay as always. I love absolutely everything about the Alphen. From the decor, to the food and service - everything is pure luxury.

This boutique hotel was booked as part of a travel group, so the hotel was unknown to me prior to my stay. It is absolutely beautiful! Rooms are large, unique and tastefully decorated. The grounds of the hotel consist of beautiful gardens and are teeming with birds and flowers. The restaurant is excellent. Customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel that is completely unique with a ton of character.

Charming hotel in Constantia, with elegant rooms, lovely gardens and walk paths. The room was super spacious and elegantly decorated, heated bathrooms and floors. The restaurants at the hotel were of top notch quality, with a nice outdoor seating area. Though 30 min away from the waterfront, the hotel offered a unique exquisite experience and if you are looking a quieter and exclusive place to stay, we highly recommend it. unfortunately we did not get the chance to try the SPA.

Room was exceptional, staff are courteous and professional, food is great, in general excellent experience.

The stay was truly amazing. The friendly staff and hotel management team has thought of every touch point from the personalized scented candles , to the welcoming note and sweets. The cleanliness of the rooms. What an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend this place.
