Good location, close to the motorway but not too close. Friendly staff that were happy to help with directions, especially Beverley. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nice and warm. A beefeater is across the way (and a Macdonalds across the roundabout). Would stay again.

With what happened on Saturday the manager was very professional supporting the guests and her staff a credit to the company. We did find out that she was on holiday but came to support. Thank you for all your support on this emotional day. The room was lovely and clean with nice soft towels.

Rooms are a bit on the small side compared to others I’ve stayed in but nice and clean and comfortable. When I was here it was the first anniversary of my fathers death and I had just had the news that my mother had been rushed into hospital so was feeling a bit low but Emily on reception was so kind and sweet to me and full of sympathy she really is an outstanding member of staff! All the other girls are delightful as are the restaurant staff Thanks a lot Emily I really appreciated your sympathy and understanding! You are a credit to Premier Inn

On arriving at this hotel I was greeted by Emily on reception who was so friendly and welcoming she really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing, she also has an amazing personality. Rooms are really cosy and comfortable with a decent sized bathroom, Big TV, very comfy bed and plenty of teas and coffees. The beefeater restaurant is brilliant everything was cooked perfectly very generous portions. Perfect desserts too I'd highly recommend the biscoff sundae, really friendly staff in the beefeater too. Lovely selection of cocktails too to choose from. Highly recommend this premier inn to anyone who is visiting Cannock definitely one of the best premier inns I've stayed in.

Great stay. Thank you Beverly for making our stay so delightful, you are a credit to the company. The whole team is. Had absolutely no problem with cleanliness, and the cleaning team was always willing to help and refresh the room. Will be staying again

We had trouble with our booking when we arrived ( due to a mistake in our office ) be this wos sorted like a champ by Beverley on the main desk . Room was clean and tidy as usual for premier Inn . The restaurant was busy and to me seemed under staffed but this seems to be the new normal for this company ( I do use premier inn very regular) food was hot and came quite quickly but watching the staff I can see why nobody wants to work in hospitality anymore, non stop no time to breathe. All the staff worked hard and did the best they could.

Thank you Beverly and team I stayed at the premier inn Cannock South as part of a work visit. I was greeted by Emily who radiated a really positive energy and friendliness to welcome me and Beverly was very professional and helpful with any queries that I had. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the check out was nice and easy. Would stay here again and can recommend

Friendly, accommodating staff that made the effort to get in touch before I arrived asking if I had any special requirements and informing us that we had been allocated a ground floor room due to having children stay. Will as a family definitely return. Thank you for your service
