room a bit small but clean and very good service for all staff in hotel . Hotel provide very nice breakfast buffet .

Soap dispenser has a soap that seems more appropriate to use as a cleaning solution and smells terrible.

There was a polish lady at the reception - she was AMAZING! EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, professional. I have stayed in many hotels, also international and 5 star - and she is TOP! One of hte best receptionist I have ever come across. The others were so-so, sometimes unfriendly or not organized, but she made up for all their failures and was EXCEPTIONAL. The door to my room was faulty - so the cleaners never managed to go inside and clean my room while I stayed there for 3 nights, and not all cards worked - so cleaners jsut did not bother to go inside- which was disappointing. Also, the soap dispensers do not work well - very hard to get any soap out. - needs fixing properly.

It is not near to train station which is around 30 minutes walking distance. Be prepare wifi is only free for 30 minutes. But overall, it is value for price.

Good location, close to city centre. Basic amenities but you have to pay for parking yet no guarantee that you would find a space.

I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting "new towels", if I wanted the room serviced. If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in. I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room "key".

Starting with their location, its quite far from Cambridge Station. From Cambridge Station to hotel: by walk is around 22 mins, by bus is 19-22 mins (£2.80 Adult). From Cambridge City Centre to hotel: by walk is around 27 mins, by bus is 15-19 mins (£1.50 Adult - Elizabeth Way Stop, £1.80 Adult - Newmarket Road stop) Their sevices are ok, friendly and respectful. But no smile, as in poker face. Cleanliness is on point. Absolutely clean and spotless. Very comfortable. As for amenities, they provide all-in-one wash which is bodywash + shampoo in one container fixed firmly on the wall. No bar soap.

The room is clean and comfortable. The food sold are delicious.

Good breakfast with free for kids. Good service. Quite a bit far from the centre.

Room was clean and tidy although very dark. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pre booked a breakfast which had lots of choice apart from only egg option was scrambled and Cumberland sausage was bit pasty. Over all good stay. Would book again.
