Hotel was OK. However, it's stated as 5 stars, even though maybe its locally awarded or accredited, its nothing but at most a 3 stars accommodation. Hotel was situated inside a uni campus. Nothing much around the hotel. Or inside the hotel, except for a spa and gym. Lobby bar not open. Room was not really clean. Can see patches of stains on the carpeted floor. Dust on ledge of window. Toilet condition still ok. However, housekeeping need improvement. Towels was thrown onto the rack inside the shower area. Seems like maybe the housekeeper may not be tall enough to put the towels in place coz the height of the rack is quite high. Hand held shower position also 1 very high and 1 very low. Nothing to do at night, except for Turkish buffet dinner on level 1 restaurant. Food mostly local. Breakfast was ok, again mostly local with wide variety of cheese.
