The place is safe and secure for kids , I spent time with my kids and they felt so happy , I recommend for family

It's really good can recommend for family trip, my children very enjoy with the theme park and Im on raya time the breakfast really delicious thank for chef

Check in by indian Ladies duty manager ,giving room A-3!9 everything ok but the lighting too orange/yellow!! The orange/ yellow lights in my room cause depression and stress. The TOILET have 1 ceiling light with yellow light Until I can fell uncomfortable to clean my body there. The bed look too old until the metal come out hurt me, need change! The building too silent, corridor look messy and bit unclean. However the hotel ok to stay with family or anybody😁👌

Didn't know that water park n swimming pool entry need to pay differently. It's rm3x adult n rm2x kid daily. kinda costly if u have many kids. Got us room with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. It's spacious n clean. Refrigerator not working.

Great resort! I booked a two suites and one 2 bedrooms apartment for family trip. It was neat, nice decor, and very spacious. Friendly hotel staff. They were also very helpful and accommodating 👍

Firstly, I was a bit disappointed with this booking through trip.com. Previous bookings always came with complimentary passes to the waterpark. For this booking, it was not indicated clearly that it was excluded. *********** advertised this listing as giving a huge discount when in actual fact, you’re just getting a measly discount considering the waterpark tickets were not included. I learn through the hotel website that waterpark tickets are packaged together with breakfast. So inflexible. But I think the free 3D museum tickets alleviates part of the unhappiness as my kids really enjoyed that.

Our last minute booking. We thought that the waterpark tickets included. We have to pay more and thats a big turn off. The room was ok but can put more effort on the lighting. They must improve more on the cleaning because the corridor looks like never been swept for days. The sink inside the room also have mold all around and at the waste trap.

Hi never go to holiday because I go there they already told me my booking is wrongly suppose on 19 -20 but they book on 18 pls refund my payment I am really upset

the toilet & theme park very dirty... black stain on floor for toilet & many rubbish like plastic, flower & leaves around the theme park & also the pool.. we paid but not satisfied with the cleanliess..not worth to paid no wifi at room, only at lobby.. for breakfast not many choices i said at receipcient i don't my room to be clean up for second day but i look my room already clean up

Good staff. Checked in after 12 midnight but yet was entertained well. Toilet needs to be maintained

Always stay here during raya as it is very near to my grandparents house. Appreciate that they have a lot of activities for kids such as waterpark n etc! Overall great stay.

It's unbelievable that there are such hotel around in this city. I doubted how 4 stars being rated for this place. - Wi-fi only available at the lobby (are we in the Zaman of Tarzan?) - Poor lighting in the hall and rooms (literally like a ******* house) - Hot water not working - The shower need to turn how many knobs then can turn on
