The room is clean and tidy. It is very nice and we would definitely come back. The staff is very thoughtful and kind.

We got our luggage delayed by the airline and the front desk was super helpful and helped us to call the airline company several times. The room is spacious and clean. The location is excellent and the view from the room is good too.

Nice hotel in front of the Central Station. Great for early trains. Breakfast was ok, but be ready to people crowd at the dining hall.

I stayed the hotel Every single time I came to Budapest . Just because a comfortable, clean hotel otherwise bit far from all attractions if you’re a traveller . Everything good there only I all the time wrote same things . The hotel need give some attention regard training the receptionist stuff .. threat peoples like they stay for free . Need bit soft , this is a hospitality jobs , who work the position they should know what they working and how to deal with customer.

Good location if you are taking train.Near metro. But very noise during night if your room facing the road.

The service is excellent. Even I check in very late, there professional staff serving me. Also with the lovely breakfast.

everything is good, except the air condition is difficult to set, it's too warm at night.
