Holiday cottage located in the exciting area of Tranum Strand on alarge, open plot. The decor is light and modern with open conceptkitchen and living room, three good bedrooms and a mezzanine, largebathroom with whirlpool and sauna and a guest toilet. In addition, thereare as well a covered and an open terrace to the east, south and west.All rooms have tiled floors. The large windows in the living roomsensure a completely optimal natural light, making the houseexceptionally welcoming and pleasant to live in. From the terraces youhead directly out on the plot, which is flat and therefore ideal foroutdoor activities such as playing with the kids, sunbathing or justevening fun around the grill. To reduce the costs there is solar heating. Free admittance to water park.Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilitiesWith a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal forhiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strandwas founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families whowant peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like tohave the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and thedesire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost allequipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and amodern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot andaccess to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising drivingin the area.
