Lowerfield Farm

Can't fault this beautiful B&B set in a peaceful location and can easily recommend. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice including homemade bread, jams and yoghurt. Bedrooms very comfortable with a (more than) king-size bed. We had a picnic made up for us for our homeward trip which was very nice. Evening meals could be organised too if you don't want to go out. Wines and beers and ice creams were also available via an honesty box. We were able to charge up our EV too, at a reasonable rate. Overall, just a great break in a very comy farmhouse.

This is a very well-run bed and breakfast with fabulous homemade breakfasts (fresh juice, home-made bread, sausages, jams) in a lovely old building. Warm and comfy rooms have extra treats like fresh farm milk in the fridge and bath salts for the big bath. The owners are friendly and helpful. Thanks Sue and Gareth.

Just back from a 3 night stay at Lowerfield farm. We were meeting a friend from the opposite end of the country. This was the perfect half way point. The rooms were lovely. Plus we made use of the lounge and garden as a place to meet for an afternoon drink and in the evening when back from our evening meal. Gareth and Sue were perfect hosts. Proving local information for walks and a driving tour which was excellent. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had. The Cotswolds is full of beautifully kept villages. We were amazed how clean and tidy everywhere was. We would 100% recommend visiting the Cotswolds and staying at Lowerfield farm.

We had a wonderful week here. The accommodation was superb, as were the breakfasts! Sue and Gareth were excellent hosts, extremely friendly and approachable. Lots to do in the area. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday, and we have no hesitation in recommending Lowerfield Farm.

Kudos to Lowerfield Farms from Singapore! The hosts are very accommodating and go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable. We stayed for two nights and the breakfast is just perfect. The room is nice and quiet with a lovely view. We spotted different birds and even a cat on the prowl in the little garden. We went on a self guided walking tour which was recommended by the hosts and had a wonderful experience navigating through the pastures and walking trails.

Lowerfield Farm is a wonderful bed and breakfast at the edge of the Cotswolds but convenient to all the towns for a great visit or getaway. The owners are so welcoming and engaging! Breakfasts were the best of our long trip across the UK. All fresh, local or farm raised ingredients including the ham, eggs, jam, milk and homemade fresh bread every day! The rooms are each distinctive in this very historic farmhouse. They raise chickens now and the neighbors sheep graze there. Bed was comfortable and shower great. There is also a tub in the canopy bed room. Two comfy chairs. There is a lot of choice in the Cotswolds but being in a serene setting after a busy day is a huge plus. The owners are engaging and enjoyable. We will be returning next year! Also-Easy parking. Something you don't get in the villages.
