Room was clean and spacious. Looked as if a recent refurbishment had been done. But the king bed/mattress was a bit wobbly. And only 2 pillows were provided. Buffet breakfast was just okay. Location was excellent, within walking distance to Kea Farm. Many eateries available near the hotel. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

KEA Farm walking distance. Brinchang car distance and grab available in the area. Nice surrounding and very hospitable staff. Clean room and clean bathroom. Most of the room light are combined plug point making it hard to work on combination of sleeping light. Great breakfast and choices as well. Free parking and convenient on B1 & B2 but parking from B3 is kinda scary with low light and dirty area.

Hotel was quite classic, its an old building. They practice green savings where u have to special request the amenities. Slippers, toothbrush etc. Overall experience is okay just abit troublesome to keep asking amenities which was quite common sense for a hotel.

The room is spacious, big enough for a queen size and a single size bed. The view is good too, check-in and out were easy and fast. The parking is free but the parking lot is open to public as well, so it was quite hard to find a parking, we have to park in level B3 for most of the time. The location is strategic, just a few km to Brinchang town (10+mins without traffic jam). Boh Viewpoint is also only 4km away. However, the chair, the floor in the toilet and shower was quite dirty (I took a video but here only allowed photos). They provided a 2-in-1 shampoo only (hair and body) so we went to buy for our own. The room not soundproofed and we can hear children or others running/walking and talking in the corridor.

We, 10 colleagues, stayed there for one night. Putting aside the traffic congestion issues, the hotel is located at a strategic location. If travellers plan to visit Mossy Forest, BOH Tea Plantation & Tea Center, some strawberry farms, staying at this hotel is an advantage. Be aware of traffic during holidays and weekends. Unlike Penang and Langkawi, a significant Malaysians travel to Cameron Highland with their own vehicle for holiday vacations causing traffic issues.

i just love to stay here bcoz of the environment, the weather is cold, nice view, good hotel and best hotel ever. Everytime i come cameron highlands, i will choose this hotel.

Overall satisfactory. However, need to improve on the breakfast menu. Limited selection of menu & need to wait 8am to order & served to slow even though ready prepared meal such as nasi lemak & western breakfast menu. The worst part is scrambled eggs, can't eat it. Free basement parking.

First thing NO AIRCON is really disappointing, secondly the BREAKFAST I thought was a buffet, thirdly the room is old . My wife couldn't sleep at night because there was no Aircon, the weather was not cold enough too. Service staff overall were good and friendly,, breakfast served by set, not enough for us coffee were so so.. Hotel is more than 20 years doesn't change anything, use all old furniture..

The front desk staff very helpful, the breakfast is good and the room is very clean. Overall is satisfied. 👍

Had a wonderful stayed ...such a big , clean and quiet room..comfy bed gave us a good night sleep.beautiful view really give you good stay👍👍😘😘👌👌

Amazing view, amazing service. Everything’s perfect. Love the bath tub! And the sunrise & the sunset! It’s mesmerising.

Overall, can rate the stay as comfort enough, but there was some uneasy smells in the toilet. It caused the stay some uncomfortable feeling. There was no mineral water provided in the room, because of the water purifier provided outside the room (at the walkway near the elevator). The breakfasts given on package (set) basis, compared to the buffet style at most hotels nowadays.

Sejuk gila . Dapat pulak high floor memang cantik lah view pagi . Even belum subuh tp rasa nyaman je . Tenang . Bukan selalu nak dapat suasana tenang gini . Serious should repeat here for the next trip

everytime i ada job kat cameron, i will booked copthorne because 1st if all love their staff service... they love to greeting and help guest.. they have excellent service i would say.. they allowing me to early check in (if room are ready) .. usually the room are ready because im always come on weekdays for work purposes.. 😄 room dining quite cheap for me.. it just rm24 for one plate kuetiau goreng.. sedap pulak tu. big portion, can eat for 2 person! sejuk tu dah pasti.. always got kabus² everytime i datang sini. love betul! cuma sedikit penambahbaikan utk masa akan dtg, i hope copthorne will checking up for some furniture or bulbs yg da tak function.. i always dpt balcony yg takde lampu.. huhu.. this time i dapat room yg pintu dia agak ketat utk buka and tutup.. yg lain2 okay.. katil, bantal, semua selesa..
