Checked in and the room was filthy hairs in the bathroom , the room also not like what advertised and terrible view when advertise city view

As usual Adagio such a high quality apartments with self catering facilities. I loved my short stay. I did not receive any reply from customer before travelling that was putting me off a bit but service was great when checked in and out. Will surely be there again.

Good facilities and great to have the grocery store just next to the hotel. Small kitchen allows for making decent light home cook meals.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotless. It's a nice place to stay in London.

good location for being near to heathrow and west london, otherwise it's a bit far to get to. Has gym, laundry room, and the rooms are good size with small kitchen. Room layout a bit strange with TV behind bathroom door, and bathroom door only opens halfway to stop it hitting the TV, but this is quite annoying. Otherwise good service overall.

The room is spacious and clean, it is value for money in London. Staff are friendly. The kitchen equipments are bad with much depreciation which do not allow you cook a normal meal. The air con was automatically changed to 24 degree no matter how you set before.

In general, the hotel is a very comfortable place. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. The restaurant for the breakfast are also really good. And it is located in a very convenient location, you can very easy to take bus to Richmond or ealing board way to go to central london or the airport. My mum visit me in London. I booked a 2 bed’s room, but basically the room is only for her to stay. She lived there for 10 nights. The hotel guaranteed that they will do housekeeping every 7 days. For the last night I choose to stay with her. However, I accidentally found the bed is full of hairs. Some hairs are short, and some are long. Which should not belongs to my mum. It means the housekeepers have not change the bed sheet and those hairs are not belongs to my mum, because she stay in only 1 bed. But that bed with hairs is the other one. Clean and tidy for a bed is the basic requirement for an accommodation. That’s really disgusting and unacceptable for an apartment hotel. All in all, I would recommend other travelers to stay but the hotel should train staff to do the room cleaning well.

Could not fault the room or location. Honestly was a great stay.

Shower fixtures broken, did not emit hot water. Decent kitchen amenities!
