Hoteller med morgenmad i Dundee

While the staff were lovely and friendly, Trip had not let them know that we’d being splitting a group of 5 between two rooms so would need the sofa bed made up in one room. However, the staff quickly provided us with the sheets and pillows needed. The rooms were clean and tidy, although the bathrooms were in need of a spruce up, with the floor tiles in both needing fixing (chipped tile in one and a sunken tile in the other). Also, there were no sockets near the bed for charging phones etc. a bit of an oversight in room design.  However, these are all minor niggles. Overall we had a nice stay.

Booked double room for me, my partner & my baby. The room was so tiny, the bed was extremely uncomfortable & had dirt on it. The dust in the room made it clear the rooms were not cleaned properly. The room had a door that led into the room next to us, which was not safe for the baby. There was also no privacy, my sister and brother in law had a room opposite and you could hear them talking in there room. Upgraded to a deluxe room after 1 night in a double room, which was so much better. It was a lot cleaner, a lot bigger and a lot more privacy. The only downfall was we were right next to the maids room and we heard a lot of bickering between the maids as the rooms aren't soundproof. If you are planning to book here, I'd suggest just paying the extra for the deluxe room as it makes a massive difference. The pool is decent, it isn't massive but is a good temperature so it is good for kids.
