What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the manager lady—she was extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. A special highlight was the free pick-up and drop-off service to the ferry port, which made our travel seamless and hassle-free. They also arranged a private tour of the island using their own car at a very reasonable price, allowing us to explore the key attractions conveniently. "十一來興城遊玩，衝著古城和海邊來的，攜程上挑選了很多酒店都覺得不合適，然後就選到京海，就因為有個“京”字，有緣分，沒想到帶來超出預估的感覺。位置極佳，在海河大橋旁邊，離市區遠一些，比較安靜，但是過了橋對面，吃飯購物比較方便，並不遠，住的還是河景房，晚上大橋很好看。房間也很新，很典雅，有點新中式的簡約風格。衞生很好，衞生間也很大設施很方便。早飯很豐富，中西式都有，餐廳環境也好。最主要就是服務態度，這裏的服務非常專業，友好，熱情。培訓的太好了，前台小姐姐們都好好看，很温柔，服務很貼心，細緻，入住還有小零食禮品。就連收拾房間的大姐態度都很好，很盡心。真的超級值得推薦來興城玩的遊客，價格不貴，性價比超值。下次去興城，還想住京海酒店！"
