The hotel staff is very friendly If we look at breakfast, the best breakfast is made here. The rooms are cleaned to the best standard Highly recommend to stay here

I just love staying at their hotel the atmosphere and the ambiance is amazing always like to check is their hotel is available to stay one of my favourite hotels to stay.

We went there, Found out there was a deposit to stay on top of the fee. $275.07 sounded good but with there deposit fee brought the room to over 500. Still not an issue we agreed Until the next morning when we payed. We were told 375 was gonna be given back they only gave 300 never again are we staying at any of those places also a stain was on the carpet like its bleached for the price it was not that good also there was not continental breakfast nothing we had to pay for it all also they were hesitant on giving more complementary coffee pods and never gave any more tea pods. Wyndham does it better we will be looking for one next time i go back to Brampton.

Extremely clean hotel. Manager and staff were very courteous. Check-in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was affordable and enjoyable. I will definitely return in the future with my family and friends.

I booked this Hilton garden inn west for my fiancee's birthday to make his day special but my misfortune. The pictures didn't match what I booked maybe I expected so much. Way too many drawbacks over great location nice layouts and walkability to stores restaurants and parks. -: The bedroom had two sections of blinds from which only one is working so there is less privacy. -: the refrigerator empowering seafood and roasted garlic smell almost got in my every food that I bring with me. -: Used and damp towels, quilts and red-stained bedsheets and carpet were the cherries on the cake to my disappointment. -: The TV was too slow to watch anything on. The water pressure in the shower ******. Even if you advertise no hidden cost and still you want 300$ security deposit for just towels and a coffee machine in the room even if you didn’t provide bathrobes and bath slippers. Bad customer service, too. I have to run downstairs for everything. It sucks, because we always stay at Hilton hotels,except paying a high price for “Hilton” brand this time. Not a bad stay overall but probably wouldn't come back and don’t recommend anyone for about 200$ per night. Kind of ripping off someone's experience. Subham Poonia Booking is- 5841033.

Horrible experience with rude behavior at reception ,despite of your reservation you will not be allowed to use the same card by which reservation is made because its debit card , use only credit card , if amount is deducted from your card but message is not received to hotel (that they will not show you neither will give evidence ) but force you to pay again , and huge show will be at reception , forget a glass of water you will have threat to cancel the reservation , if you insist for proof of non payment then its your fault , speak to bank , bank will say its international transaction so it may take 15days to settle , so you are hooked with that money,

Stayed 3 nights here while attending the Women's World Hockey Championships. Really close to the CAA centre. The parking lot needs some attention, lots of big potholes. Staff were really friendly at check-in. They have a decent little selection of microwavable food that you can buy in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and rooms were relatively quiet. One night there was a baby that was doing some serious crying and we could hear that in the middle of the night, but otherwise it was quiet. We used the gym every day. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. TV channels didn't always work. For 2 days, the channels said they were searching for a signal and only the kids channels were working.

Last minute booking for our trip home. We were happy when arriving with our twin toddlers at midnight for check in to see the Facility was amazing. Very happy with the room, breakfast, pool and the staff was amazing and very helpful. We would like to travel back in the near future. Thank you.

What a beautiful, clean, modern location. The front desk staff are amazing, the housekeeping was very helpful and attentive. The best part was the comfort and of course the bar is comfortable and clean the service quality was impressive. I would highly recommend and I would love to revisit again in the future, Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was made exceptional by a gentleman by the name of Kurian. He went above and beyond all night; we had dinner at the restaurant for multiple nights and watched him cater to the needs of 25+ people seamlessly. You are so lucky to have an employee like him - he even remembered the time we had stayed here previously - a year ago! So much love for Kurian, he totally made our stay. Please send our thanks and if you are looking for people to give a raise to - be deserves every cent. Thank you so much!

The hotel is modern w/ impressive ambience from lobby to our room. Staffing are welcoming w/ good service. We stayed for one night only, a connecting place from Niagara to Brampton, before heading back to Vancouver. Our room is clean w/ crips linens. We had a good sleep on king comfortable bed. The wifi is strong & enjoyed using my cell phone. I wish we can stay longer. We will book this hotel again when back to Brampton.

The hotel was very clean and the room well appointed and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the morning. It was well prepared but a bit expensive for what you get. That is hotels though. Prefer the Hampton complimentary breakfast. We will defiantly stay here again.

Very nice new hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to experience the restaurant during my stay, as they were closed… but I’ll definitely be staying there again during my next trip to that area!
