Such a beautiful Hotel , very Calm and cozy . Even though it’s far from town but it’s a nice place for a staycation . I loved the experience

I had a grand stay in the hotel. The AC is too cold.

The resort is nice, clean but it’s too far in station 1 to 3. The staff are very accomodating. Buti nlng may shuttle going to the beach front. The bfast food is also good and deliciuos.

The place is perfect for our vacation. It's clean and well maintained. The staff are all very accommodating. The price is reasonable. The food are good. Definitely a place to come back and worth mentioning to others.

Ike and prince, Seph and Rio they are very perfect people for us. Thanks everybody. I will be back again.

We enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of town, especially with the New Year parties happening in town. The convenience of the free shuttle was great to enable us to maintain budget but also have access to town. Friendly and attentive staff, when we did have minor issues within our room. The infinity pool was a great asset, although the restaurant could do better as many menu items were not available. Overall a great venue, to which we extended our stay.

The hotel room was excellent. Very peaceful and quiet with an amazing view. The restaurant and food were also very good, as well as the staff being very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Alta Vista began on a disappointing note due to the hotel's early check-in policy and miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. We arrived as early as 10 AM, but were not accommodated for early check-in unless we paid an additional 1,000 PHP, which we declined—despite the fact that the hotel was not fully booked, and many others typically allow early check-in. After waiting until 2 PM, we were finally given a key, only to find that the room assigned to us was still messy and unprepared. Thankfully, the experience improved somewhat after that rough start. The shuttle service to D'Mall was very efficient. The room itself was spacious but outdated and in serious need of renovation to make it feel more modern. The breakfast was decent, though it could benefit from more variety. There is no beach nearby, so you have to travel back down to either Puka or White Beach. On the positive side, the pool is large, well-placed, and offers a great view.

The hotel is still excellent, 2nd time to stay here. But booking with trip had terrible bump- i specifically booked for 5 pax, turned out only 2 got through the final booking, so we have to pay extra.

The place is very viewtiful and relaxing

The hotel is okay if you are there for a peaceful vacation. The service, the hotel itself is great. However, the location is somehow far from the beaches. The public transportation is not easily accessible. You have to do a tedious walking if you want to go to the main road and even to the lobby. Shuttle is available but it is for limited use and for specific schedules only. Maybe it would be best if they have shuttle within Alta Vista, especially for guests with elders and kids.

Personally the location was okay. The only problem was the reception and wifi service wasn't great ... the availability of food was too great either. However everything was really good, people are really friendly as well.

Everything is all great. For sure we will come back again in another time.
