Worst service I’ve received in my life. Anywhere. Day 1 asked for info on the menu because I’m lactose intolerant, even when the menu specified that the granola was prepared with almond milk they told me they didn’t have almond milk at the hotel. When I received my order of huevos rancheros (plural) I received the whole menu including *A* huevo Ranchero with cheese. Thereafter every time I ordered coffee it took between 1 and 1.5 hours to come. Day 3 ordered coffee, OJ and bowl of granola which by then we’d agreed on lactose free milk. The order took almost two hours to come because there was ‘confusion’ on Coffee. Coffee. The granola did not come with lactose free milk because an hour after I ate it, I was violently ill with vomit and diarrhea. Day 4 - for some reason they took my towels and didn’t bring them back. I called endlessly the front desk and no answer. So I showered and used the hand towels to dry. Day 5 . Hoping to spend a day in paradise because the hotel is beautiful when ordered drinks and food by the pool half of the order came. The server forgot about us never came back. Went to check twice on the order and turns out they only ordered half my order the rest didn’t come. Asked for it twice, 2. Hours. Later. The order came. No apologies except oh we have too many people today. So what was the excuse for the res of the week? The hotel is WAY too expensive for such poor service. Note: I also had a massage which should’ve been a calming and enjoyable experience. However the spa is open air and right next to the DJ so while you’re being massaged there’s a confusion of reggaeton and calming music, while the mosquitoes attack you mercilessly. The masseuse was better suited to knead pizza.

Het hotel is prachtig. Mooie locatie, prachtig ruime kamers, mooie tuin, heerlijk zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Wat ons in de 3 nachten die we verbleven tegenstond was de enorm luide muziek de hele dag bij het zwembad. Veel dagje mensen die ook muziek meenemen . De 3e dag was er een life band voor de zeer geringe gasten. De muziek was zo extreem luid dat we er hoofdpijn van hadden. Aangegeven dat we daarom een dag eerder wilde vertrekken. Dit is netjes geregeld en konden we in t Bastion hotel in Cartagena overnachten. Het eten is het restaurant was oké maar niet bijzonder. De prijzen van de drank zijn extreem hoog en t niet waard. Al met al een mooi hotel maar vanwege de zeer luide muziek niet 5 sterren waardig.

Un lugar espectacular y servicio excepcional, fui con mi familia y compartimos de un día muy agradable y con una comida deliciosa. La piscina es 10/10, su playa es hermosa, recorrido tranquilo. Las áreas con una decoración divina y amplios espacios.

La unica forma de escapar a los sofocantes vendedores de las playas de Cartagena es ir a un resort como este, ubicado en isla Tierra bomba, a unos 20 minutos en bote de Bocagrande. El lugar es limpio, la comida es buena, la piscina algo pequeña y la playa muy sucia. El servicio a pesar de que se promocionan como un lugar de lujo, no está a la altura de otros lugares similares en otros países.
