Staff friendly but not helpful. I’m waiting ready 20 minutes Contact the manager of the reception the reason of my apartment entering so many animals balcony with the snakes. I’m trying to change my room because I can’t relax. I will stay another few days. I don’t know how I will relax in this place.

great out of the way hotel in the mountains, very beautiful, quiet, relaxing and romantic, clean, good food, not staffed 24 hours but lobby bar is always open. Clean rooms, great staff, very much enjoyed.

Las habitaciones muy acogedoras, en especial las que están detrás de la piscina, tienen un vista fascinante, les recomiendo mucho tomar una de estas, aunque todas son parecidas. Mi familia y yo quedamos impresionados con la belleza natural del lugar y sus amaneceres. En la mañana el canto de los pájaros son quienes te hacen despertar. Muy buen lugar para vacasionar, alejarse del ruido de la ciudad y pasar momentos agradables.

El hotel y la atención de todos fue magnífica el servicio exquisito y las ofertas espectaculares....gracias a todos la monta de caballo la piscina el trato magnífico el paisaje es hermoso y bueno para el disfrute de los clientes y el diseñador de las mu bello

Muy buen confort . En trato super bueno. Todo está muy limpio . Es una experiencia muy bonita en contacto directo con la naturaleza. Yo solo pasé para ver a mi hija y la verdad es que me encantó mucho el lugar. Sin dudas vuelvo a pasar por aquí para disfrutar

Excelente servicio. Los dependientes muy capaces. El personal es de una gran calidad humana, desde el recepcionista hasta las muchachas de Relaciones Públicas y Calidad, sin dejar de mencionar al caballero Arturo, quien es muy profesional en el desempeño de su labor. Sin duda alguna volvería una y otra vez. Es un sitio oportuno para el esparcimiento, el disfrute y el descanso en familia.

He venido en pasadia junto a mis amigos para pasar un rato agradable y sin duda he quedado suoer encantado con el trato y la profesionalidad de los trabajadores,el personal de recepcion,relaciones publicas y lobby bar,exepcional,ademas de q nos sentimos como familia en el snack ,sin duda regresaria a este magestuoso lugar para disfrutar de tan bello paisaje
