Super awesome as got kitchen. Very amazing and friendly staff. Breakfast was super yummy! Will definitely come back again. Brought my mum and we had quality time. The hotel is not very far from the beach. Good walking distance after heavy breakfast! You have access to angsana swimming pool and gym too. Worth exploring. Pool has activities like Zumba and foam pool.

We had a 3 day staycation and were very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Staff were friendly and welcoming.  The only point to highlight is at remote location so not many food options. Have to settle whatever we have within the nearby locations.

Overall, it's clean, has running hot water, and the food is OK. But once you factor the price into it all, it really isn't worth it. What's interesting about the hotel is that it's on a property shared by 3 hotels at different price points. This includes the restaurants and the beach. Only 6 sun umbrella covered lounges on the beach itself, so there are not enough seats for those wanting to hang out during the day. The restaurants were also super busy as a result, leading to less than average service and waiters running between the bar and kitchen. The breakfast location is shared by 2 hotels, and if I was staying at the more expensive one, I'd be pretty annoyed. We stayed over a public holiday weekend and had to wait 15 minutes for a table because it was so busy. The gym is not worth writing about (but you do get free fruit). What I will say is the staff are trained to always greet you with a smile. Even after you've made a complaint about waiting so long for your breakfast! If you have a long weekend to spare, go to Thailand.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Cassia Bintan. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We got an upgrade in our room from single bedroom to loft type 🫶🏻 Terima kasih! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back but this time on sunny season 😉

This apartment-style accommodation offers the luxury of a private beach, making it an ideal getaway. The receptionists, Gazza and Tasia, provided exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process. They went above and beyond by assisting with reservations at the Banyan Tree restaurants, ensuring both transport and seat arrangements were seamlessly taken care of. The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

We booked the BRF ferry and arrive Bintan in an hour. When arrive, they have someone to to pick us from the ferry terminal by bus. It takes about 15 mins to arrive the resort. The room was ready to checked in when we arrived. We have 2 bedrooms and the rooms are clean. The food in the hotel is good but Singapore price. Anyway if want to relax and do nothing, this is the best place to go.

Good location and amenities

Situated along the pristine shores of Bintan Island, this resort provides a great balance of relaxation and activity, making it ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends.

Everything is perfect except the weather. Shall visit again when it’s not the monsoon season.

great experience! quality service! ☺️food has a lot of choices

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

Nice relaxing getaway spot, connected to Angsana and Banyan Tree, their sister properties. Highly recommend!

Room is cosy for family and well equipped with a functional kitchen. Two TVs make everyone able to enjoy favouriate program. Breakfast is the same location as Angsana. And Cassia shares the the private beach and pools with Angsana and Banyan Tree
