It wasnt your usual Fairfield inn , friendly clean and great staff, normally i avoid Fairfield inns we have had terrible experiences with your franchise owners especially in nort carolina off 95 We checked in and had the car full , my wife mention to front desk clerk and they had no cameras outside of entrance and car was broken into within a few hours , police said they tnought highly unusual hotel refuses to acknowledge and is in my lawyers hands now terrible experience. So i was pleasantly surprised with my stay in Elmira

We were expecting the worst after reading most of the reviews, however, were pleasantly surprised: beds were firm, shower worked, clean linen, and no spiders! Had all the amenities, 40’ flatscreen TV, microwave and fridge, but still seemed overpriced ($175). We were there during race week, which might explain the high rate. The Inn was full and one couple we met had been returning there every year for the past 20 years! Proprietor and other guest were friendly.
