Great stay, room was bit small but room amenities more than made up for it. Property's location is a bit far from city centre and need to go through many small gullies.

They are not allowing the guest we have come here for business how can we do business with-bout meeting our associates

Room service was very slow it took 1. 5 hrs to serve 4 cup of tea. Toilets not working dustbin not in condition. Overall not good for stay

I happened to travel to Belagavi on short business trip and decided to book this hotel since it was very convient to visit my client in the city as well heard positive feedback about this hotel. Got good deal offline (Directly through front desk) and they handelled well my reservation and collected GST details well in advance for the invoicing purpose. I must appreciate this process and most of the business traveller expect this. Upon arrival welcoming was great and check in process was very smooth. They called me after reaching my room to ensure everything is fine. Room was really spacious and well maintained, clean bathroom, fresh linens, TV and all needed amenities. Food was really delicious and tried some local delicacy too. Amazing staffs and management team. Surely will come back, this is good stopover for people who are traveling between Bangalore and Mumbai. This city and hotel has everything.

The rooms were perfect. The only issue faced were the room service staff as they were not prompt overall the experience was really good

Terrible stay. Dirty bed sheets. Dirty room. Insects and spider webs everywhere. Toilets are dirty. Worst staff. Would never recommend this place. As soon as we saw the rooms we checked out of the hotel.

Room hygiene can be improved, we found the sheets dirty. Water is clogging in washrooms. Food and restaurant service is very good
