I had intended to give this hotel a 5-star rating, until I was disturbed by an amusing incident. After checking out of the hotel and experiencing no issues, the next day I received numerous emails regarding the hotel's complaint that my friend's room had extensive wall drawings causing damage and impacting room sales. They requested that I contact the hotel directly to resolve the matter. Subsequently, a Trip.com customer service representative called me, and it sounded like the hotel was demanding compensation from me?! The issue is that my friend did not draw or do anything to the hotel room. The wall drawings were already there, seemingly made by children, possibly from previous guests, and went unnoticed. Until we stayed and were unfairly blamed! To resolve the matter, my friend had to communicate via WeChat with the hotel and received confirmation that it wasn't our doing. As for me, I called the hotel but couldn't reach the manager, and despite waiting for a callback, no one contacted me. I am very disappointed with the hotel's handling of the situation. Instead of thorough investigation, they blamed us, and I was truly bothered and stressed even after leaving the hotel. As of now, I still haven't received an apology.

I love this hotel! I was here over a year ago and they remembered me! They remembered that I'm a vegetarian and made sure my favorite vegetarian dish was in both restaurants. They have me a room with the exact view I was hoping for. Everything was perfect!

You can see the bird nest from some of the rooms, which are nice. It is very near from the Olympic park. The wifi does not work for foreigners. The service provided some help but it is not very convenient.

Pretty clean and check in process was convenient.

Perfect location if you are attending anything at the Birds Nest, you can walk there in less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff very friendly and the room was a good size and clean upon arrival. If i go to another concert at the Birds Nest i will definitely stay here.

飛北京看JJ演唱會，選了這家離鳥巢較近的酒店。點的外賣放在一樓大廳，不能送上來，要自己下去拿。晚上去看演唱會步行10分鐘左右，兩個紅綠燈能到。提前攜程預訂比線下定要便宜，房間定的商務房（804號房間）。看完演唱會回酒店，準備洗澡時發現都是冷水，洗髮膏已經在頭頂了沒辦法就洗了冷水澡，第二天向前台反饋後喊了維修小哥來看，小哥説是放不出熱水。大堂經理來調試向左放出來是冷水，向右放出來居然是熱水，還跟我説是貼錯了…開關兩側提示左邊是紅色圓圈🔴標註“熱”；右邊是藍色🔵標註“冷”，真是無語的一次入住，莫名洗了一次冷水浴，第二天還咳嗽感冒了。如果有小夥伴要入住的話，特別是804房間注意洗浴時開關的轉向。

因為來林俊傑演唱會預訂的，衹有沒有翻新的老房間，可能是很久沒住人了，房間味道很難聞，衞生比較差，浴缸裏面還有毛髮，紙巾上面都是油污，花灑也不太好用，建議這種房間還是不要拿出來賣了。優點是離鳥巢確實非常近，內場散場出口直接對着酒店，出來五分鐘就可以走到酒店了

説真的，除了離鳥巢近，毫無優勢。無論是環境、品質、還是服務都匹配不上這個價格。硬件上很陳舊，房間鋪的是地毯，藏污納垢第一名，衞生間衹有一個浴缸，那個防滑墊真的不忍直視。看在離鳥巢近的份上這些都算了，服務實在太差了！清潔的阿姨會和住户搶電梯。因為外賣漏送了筷子，所以到前台詢問是否能提供一次性筷子，可前台在明明沒有業務的情況下推諉，後來是自己去了距離前台邊上的飯店人家提供了兩雙。服務是真的差，可能店大也不差這幾個客户。

新裝修過的酒店，裝修的味道比較大，不建議長者孩子去吸甲醛……外賣需要下樓自取，不太方便，周邊配套設施較少，連便利店都找不到，衹能訂外賣送一些日用品……整體體驗感一般。電視機也是壞的，不能看，雖説酒店提出可以更換房間，但看完演唱會回到酒店就很晚了，實在懶得折騰

看演唱會非常近，下樓步行不到一百米就是鳥巢路口，精品雙人間是剛裝修的，設施比較新，酒店裡麪就有一家飯店，到時那家飯店味道一般，如果趕時間可以湊合吃一頓，總體來説還是挺方便的。

房間裝修較老，有煙味。一次性用品品質一般；雖然離鳥巢很近，目視距離500米，但演唱會散場時有交通管制，離開鳥巢的出口有分流限制，走到酒店也需要半小時。

來看杰哥演唱會，想說離鳥巢近，可以聽到彩排，結果沒想到是惡夢一場😱😱😱給一顆星都嫌多🤬🤬🤬 房間非常熱熱熱😡😡😡 入住第一天就跟前台反應房間非常悶熱，只回應我現在沒有空調，只能開窗戶通風，直到住到第四天白天出門回房間剛好遇到清潔姐姐還在整理，我問了姐姐怎麼酒店沒有空調？她也是無奈的笑笑，問我要不要幫我要個電風扇過來？我說好，過了3、40分鐘終於有人送來了一台風不大的風扇😵💫現在還不是很熱的天氣，房間就非常悶熱了，所以這酒店只適合冬天來住，不過冬天或許會說沒有暖氣吧🥶總而言之，這酒店只有離鳥巢近的優點了，沒有其它的了，來看演唱會的請避雷此酒店。
