Good: - clean hotel - near underground station - a lot of restaurants nearby - good bed Bad: - I selected room with window, but nobody mentioned that window look at the wall of the other building - toilet paper located at the back, so, very uncomfortable to take it - it was very noisy in my room because since early morning stuff starts slamming doors

Everything is good! Love nanluoguxiang. Hotel managers went beyond their job responsibilities. On our 1st night when we enquired about a restaurant, the hotel manager helped to reserve and provided directions. On check-out day, the other manager Joe helped to carry luggage for our elderly parents. Only problem is smokers who don't abide by the hotel rules.

Great location in the heart of Nanluoguxiang, close to the metro line 8 and 6. The room was very clean everyday and the service was very good when we needed something. They have a washing machine and dryer, it's very convenient. The only inconvenient was that our room was located in front of the service door that slammed in the morning.

I booked the extra night here as i really like the hotel and its location. Close to MRT, starbuck and kfc and a lot of local restaurants near by.

Stayed for 5 night here. Location is on a main street, easy to find, approx 10 minutes walk to NanLuoGuXiang and 8 minutes to NanLuoGuXiang subway station (exit F). Close also to the Shichahai/Behai park area and the Lama temple. Check-in process was smooth though staff speak minimal English. They were polite and prompt when contacted through Whatsapp. Amenities were plentiful. Following checkout, the staff allowed us to keep our luggage in a small secure room which was great. We had two main issues with the room which would make me reluctant to book again. First, the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage. It was so bad on the last night that we were brushing our teeth in the corridor outside with the door closed (the smell had been evident but not so strong the days prior). Secondly, the room was very hot (it was set at 22°C and would creep up to 28°C overnight!), with no way to cool it down beyond opening the window, which invited a terrific amount of noise. I hope the hotel can fix these issues, as otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is really good. Not far from two metro stations and on a main avenue easy to use bus as well to tourists attractions. The room was very clean and has good space, only the hall carpets need some maintenance. The reception is very nice. Service at reception is top! The personal is very friendly and ready to help even with translators.

The hotel was alright. There's sufficient space to move about the room. However, the air conditioning unit is central and not controllable by individuals. At one point, the room temperature was 30°C at night and we had to open the windows to let the cold air come in

Overall a very good hotel! Good location. Friendly staff. Good water pressure. Easy check in and out. Good wifi speed. Washer and dryer available. Steamer available. Many restaurants in the area. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, even the people cleaning were smiling and using body language to communicate. The hotel gave us an early check in, which we really needed after our 13 hour journey. Receptionists that didn't speak English used their translation app to communicate which was flawless. A man (Joe?) at the reception even helped plan our trip a bit. gave us suggestions on how to spend our time, we were really grateful! Guided and helped us book tickets to attractions. The aircon worked well, we lowered it until 19°C with no problems. The only negative that I can think of is the gap on the door which makes sounds leak in, so if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem. But if you're prepared it's no problem. Would stay here again.

Nice little hotel tucked away from the Main Street. Staff really helpful and the room was big and clean. We had a window but it looked out onto a service alley so no natural light. The location isn’t where it says on google maps so be a bit careful when finding it!

Nice hotel, great location. I would happily stay there again. Lots of great food options nearby. Be sure to get a jianbing at the pop-up restaurant just down the street from the hotel - turn right when you leave from the main entrance.

The hotel has a double bed room and a single king bed room style at same cost. However the King bedroom is facing only inside the building without any view. The hotel refused to change for us and requested us to contact trip.com. Somehow we were rejected twice also when asked to change the room type from trip.com...

The hotel is so hot！i stay for 2 nights，2 nights also very hot because the hotel did not have the air cooling function！we need to open the window,but still hot. the location still ok，walk to the subway about 8 mins. The service still acceptable, some of the worker not too enthusiasm.

So far so good, a nice neighborhood. Can find the food easily around that area also near the Nanluo old street. The bad thing is they didn’t in the Air conditioner service since the weather become hot and we cannot sleep due to the hot weather and they don’t have house keeping during night time, need ask us to take the items we needed at reception.
